"Room was over 30 degrees would stay there again. Was staying as it was my son birthday and going to Disney the next day. None of us got any sleep and ended up not enjoying our experience. Would strongly avoid. Wasn't just our room others were complaining as well and outside was 17 degrees so no reason for them to be that hot."

They utilize only the freshest ingredients and ensure that each dish is properly prepared. I am still fantasizing about my lunch at "Wards" Each mouthful was delicious, and the presentation just blew me away. The staff went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable. They were attentive without being intrusive."

"We had a lovely stay and receptionists very polite and friendly. Room was spacous and clean. bed was comfortable and it was. It was spacious room. We had a happy relaxing time in folkstone, and I will definitely come back. It was hot in our room on arrival but I noticed they left a fan so I used that. There was only 2 plug sockets, which, so may to bring an extention lead"

"Location good for Shuttle. Room was like a sauna 🥵 far too hot, sweat rolled off of us, couldn't wait to leave, left us tired and hot, not a good start to our holiday. The Pub had shortage of drinks, windows needed cleaning, finger prints all over, so glad we went into the town to eat, smelt like toilets. Won't be going back!!!!"
