Just opposite the train station, super cool hotel, check in staff very helpful, was able to get me room early, 10 Am. Breakfast is possibly one of the best I had while in Europe. Selection of food is amazing and the space is really cool! Absolutely raccomand this hotel

Still, the password lock is very convenient. Except that there is no kettle, everything is very good. The hotel front desk is very friendly. Things fell at the front desk and helped me save it the next day. Thank you very much. You can also store your luggage for free.

Service and location is good. But the street outside was very dirty and full of homeless people. The elevator in the hotel is very loud, and our room was right next to the elevator, which was a little difficult

The hotel is conveniently located close to Frankfurt central station. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. Recommended for a one night stay. Neighborhood a bit dodgy, requested for a room not facing the road; was quite. Bathroom clean and modern.

It was close to the train station, that was my main goal but the area was not that great. The check-in was fairly simple and the staff at the reception were very pleasant. I felt very welcome. Our room, a good size, well appointed, was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with great selection and the service was excellent. My only problem was the walk from the train station to the hotel. I would not feel safe using the sidewalk at night to get to the hotel.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

The hotel is very close to Frankfurt's main train station and has 7 floors. The rooms are not air-conditioned. Breakfast is included in the room rate. At trade fair times, as with all hotels in the city, there are extreme price increases and it is mainly business people to be found here, at other times it is mainly private travelers of international origin with a limited travel budget. If you prefer a convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the main train station, then you've come to the right place. As in almost all major cities, the Bahnhofsviertel is also a social hotspot in Frankfurt. The red light area and the massive consumption of illegal drugs are not in the immediate vicinity, but within a few minutes' walk. The hotel is located in the cul-de-sac area of Niddastrasse, which ends here in the direction of Düsseldorfer Strasse and has only one pedestrian passage, so there is no through traffic. However, it can get noisy at night with noisy drunks, drug users on the street, or early morning garbage trucks. Because of the short walk to the main train station of only 5 minutes, you can quickly reach the train, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport by S-Bahn. The single room was big enough, the bed was comfortable with bedding, mattress and pillow. There was a fridge with a bottle of water, the flat screen TV had a good LED picture. Unfortunately, the curtains on the window were not lightproof, they let a lot of daylight through on the sides and below, which was particularly problematic in the summer months. Three windows that can be opened, also with a tilt function, allowed good ventilation. The room faced the street, where it could be very noisy at night due to drug addicts, drunks and guests from other hotels diagonally across the street, and the garbage trucks often made noise shortly after 6 a.m. in the morning. It is often not possible to keep the window closed at night because of the summer heat. All street facing rooms get the afternoon and evening sun and get very hot, the fan in the room is a bit of a relief. If it's supposed to be the street side, I would go up to the 4th floor in the summer, not higher. The inner courtyard rooms are quieter and only get morning and mid-morning sun. The receptionists were all very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The breakfast was OK for a service that did not cost extra. There was muesli and cereals, rolls and bread, cakes, jams, fruit, sausage, cheese.

Fantastic hotel in just about every respect, we will definitely consider it again as we were a bigger group of friends who wanted to enjoy Frankfurt - the hotel majorly helped us on that mission! One minor technical issue: checking in and out online / using the app was not a smooth experience. Hope that's resolved for next time as would genuinely make a difference. And, yes, the location: The character that one sees in the streets near the hotel are quite a sight and for those who generally don't follow the news, possibly pretty shocking. However, the level of threat is low. The area is heavily policed and the locals strike me as too busy with their own lives to want to bother tourists. To be fair, I am a grown man and was there with a group.

We have been staying in this hotel at the end of February. The rooms of the hotel are as shown in the photos. The beds are very comfortable and warm. The bathroom, although small, is very practical. Generally the cleaning of the hotel is very good. The staff who have been very friendly at all times have responded to all our doubts quickly. The hotel has a very good breakfast and you have a variety of salty and sweet meals served in a buffet style. The hotel has a very good location, and the hotel has a very good location. Although it looks good in principle because it is in the centre of the city, 3 minutes from the main station, the streets around it and the same street of the hotel is taken by criminals (they did nothing but we saw the roofs), Drug addicts and traffickers buying and consuming drugs, making them zombies that go from one side to the other shocking with you, and through the red neighborhood, where the drunks, drug addicts and prostitution locals are gathered. We have also chosen the Steigenberger Metropolitan directly at the Frankfurt Main Station due to the central location. It was all around top: Professional check-in (with exemplified compliance with Corona rules), clean and spacious room, top Room Cleaning, sufficient towels and a very comfortable bed. Despite the central location, it was also wonderfully quiet here. We also enjoyed the Nespresso machine on the room and the included bottles of mineral water. Unfortunately the minibar was empty (because Corona??). The wellness and spa area was closed because of Corona. We only chose to stay and not breakfast at the hotel, as we received 17 euros per person for quite ambitious prize. Some pre-referent speakers have already reported about the environment - but you should know that before you book in Frankfurt in the station district, the public there can't really charge the hotel. The surrounding area feels successively developed to be positive, for example, we were a few meters away from the hotel in Stanley's excellent food. Concluded: We would book here at any time and can recommend the Steigenberger Metropolitan in any case. By the proximity to the HBF and the S-Bahn Station you can wonderfully reach all parts of the city of FFM.
