I couldn't adjust the water temperature to cold and almost got scalded while showering. The water wouldn't drain properly, and it flooded into the bedroom. I had to call housekeeping and the maintenance staff to finally fix it. 2. Security: The balcony door couldn't be locked. 3. Service: The housekeeping staff were quite polite, but the concierge's initiative needs improvement. When we parked our car at the door, the bellhop with lots of bags stood there without reacting.
