"We had a wonderful stay at Gabala Bless Hotel Cottage. Everything was at the highest level — the cottage was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. From the very first day, the staff were extremely attentive and caring towards us. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff treated their guests in such a situation. I would especially like to mention Elsever Bey, the General Manager. He personally checked on our condition, brought us medicines, and even arranged “uzerlik” ritual for us (It’s a traditional ritual where herbs are burned over a person to remove negative energy or the evil eye). The breakfast included in the room rate was very tasty and rich, with a great variety of options. In general, all the food we ordered at Bless Hotel Cottage was delicious. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Bless Hotel Cottage team, and especially Elsever Bey, for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality.
