"We had a wonderful stay at Gabala Bless Hotel Cottage. Everything was at the highest level — the cottage was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. From the very first day, the staff were extremely attentive and caring towards us. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff treated their guests in such a situation. I would especially like to mention Elsever Bey, the General Manager. He personally checked on our condition, brought us medicines, and even arranged “uzerlik” ritual for us (It’s a traditional ritual where herbs are burned over a person to remove negative energy or the evil eye). The breakfast included in the room rate was very tasty and rich, with a great variety of options. In general, all the food we ordered at Bless Hotel Cottage was delicious. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Bless Hotel Cottage team, and especially Elsever Bey, for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place."

"Very nice and affordable price"

"The problem started at reception. It turned out that the room we booked was given to someone else who checked in 10 minutes before us. After that, we waited 40 minutes with our children in tow for our room assignment, then another 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. It turned out we were supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but in reality, we weren't able to check in until 4:00 PM. The room wasn't cleaned perfectly; there were leftovers from the previous guests in the refrigerator. We went to the pool, swam, and so on. Everything was fine. In the evening, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The waiter came to us 20 minutes after I objected to anyone coming to take our order. Thank God, the waiter was good. Overall, my impression of the hotel isn't the best, as I think I ruined my day off. The hotel is generally not bad, but the staff and service are terrible."

"Absolutely amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. Picturesque Gabala welcomed me with its magnificent nature. Although the diet is pretty tough, I got used to it in 2 days. During the day I was so busy with the treatments, that I couldn't really get starving. Thank you for the greatest service!"
