"Hotel zarezerwowałem spontanicznie późnym wieczorem. Kiedy zadzwoniłem, recepcja była już zamknięta, ale kierownik osobiście przyszedł w niecałe 10 minut. Poczułam się winna, bo nie wiedziałam, że to jego numer komórki, a zadzwoniłam tak późno, kiedy był już w domu. Ale był całkowicie sympatyczny i pełen humoru. Zarezerwowaliśmy jeden z nowoczesnych pokoi, który był lśniąco czysty, pięknie urządzony i naprawdę przestronny. Udogodnienia były świetne, nawet dyfuzor do suszarki do włosów kręconych, którego nie oferuje wiele hoteli. Morze z czystą wodą było po przeciwnej stronie, lokalizacja była świetna, rzut beretem od centrum Chanii, a przed hotelem można było zaparkować. Wysoce polecany!"

"What a perfect location! Near to the bus station, near to the sea and the view was majestic! The room was very clear and all the stuff were very kind! Also the hotel has a swimming pool and it is the perfect spot for reading a book or relaxing. At the room the bed was so comfortable! It was a pleasure!"

"Ładny, nowoczesny hotel, zaledwie kilka kroków od plaży i restauracji. Zakwaterowano nas w pokoju typu bungalow – designerski pokój – który nie był tak designerski, jak się spodziewaliśmy. Śniadanie jest dobre i jest duży wybór, a goście mogą również usiąść na zewnątrz, tuż przy basenie. Basen jest świetny, czysty i z mnóstwem leżaków. Brakowało nam tylko zarezerwowanych miejsc parkingowych. Znalezienie wolnego miejsca w okolicy nie było łatwe (dużo prywatnych miejsc, wąska uliczka). Z drugiej strony, zameldowanie po zamknięciu recepcji było dobrze zorganizowane – ale potrzebny będzie telefon komórkowy z dostępem do internetu."

"We have been to Crete many times since 1989, and stayed in many nice hotels, but this hotel can be recommended to those who like nice surroundings and peace. Super nice hosts, and beautiful apartments. Possibility to rent bicycles, which makes it super easy to get to Platanias, Chania or wherever you want. Can be DEFINITELY recommended, and we will come back. Maybe not the place you take small children with. Best warm greetings from Claus & Charlotte Bisgaard."

"Outside pool area was nice rooms let it down! Plug socket hanging off wall, fridge rusty, no plug socket for hot plate, was an extension lead, toilet leaked, no handle on cupboard door, front door dragged on the floor, lights hit n miss and as for balcony .. well it was inside a corridor. No kitchen utensils although classed as self catering 1 frying pan, 1 small knife and 1 sauce pan that was it Bed was comfy and location for buses was good. Other than that id pay a bit more and go to other hotels few doors down."

"No one tells you this - but Icarus Suite Apartments are part of 3 different hotel group - transport had us under different name and dropped us nearby. It has caused me some stress trying to figure out where we are in fact meant to go. Then, we have been put in the older part of the hotel, under a different name (Lefkoniko Beach Hotel), which was lower standard than advertised. Bathroom was really dark, with one light only, and shower was so tiny that you ended up flooding the floor each time because you moved. I'm pretty sure there have been either bed bugs or flees in the room, I've been bitten so much. Definitely not mosquitos, as I had wall plugin for it and sprayed myself with jungle formula each night to the point of being sticky. Hotel food was also definitely very basic, little to no Greek food that I was hoping for. Return pick up was stressfull again because we had no clue which of the 3 hotels we will be picked up from. Ended up being strategically placed with my mum and then told off by the driver for not being at the right place! Only good thing was the location! Overall, I had better hopes."

"Nie można mówić bardziej wysoce o S&K Villas i 5-gwiazdkowym leczenie. Byliśmy grupą 10+ przyjaciół i byliśmy zachwyceni przez Stavrosa, który również zorganizował taksówkę z lotniska. Każda szczegółowa część w obu willach była niesamowita, powitanie hamulec i dostawy w lodówce między innymi tak wiele innych rzeczy. Przestrzenie w willach były niesamowite, mogliśmy gotować w obu willach i przyjść razem na jedzenie. Było wiele ręczniki, aby cieszyć się basenem i niesamowite propozycje dla działań i restauracji. Stavros i willa były niesamowite, dziękuję!"

"The apartment was stunning along with the view. We stayed in the Luxury Suite with panoramic view and hot tub. The hotel only has 6 rooms and is family run. The hotel has an adjoining family run beach restaurant. We ate there most mornings for breakfast and lunch - very nice indeed. The cocktails were delicious too - Strawberry Daquiris and Pina Colada - yummy. The beach was lovely and the sea was gorgeous, free sunbeds if you are staying in the hotel. Chania is a must, its beautiful and lively. Lovely shops, harbour and wonderful food. Bus stop outside hotel. 1.60 euro from Kiosk for the bus and takes 15 - 20 mins. Lots of beach bars if you fancy a walk (in both directions). About an hour walk to Platanias along the beach. But most of all a big thank you to all the staff. Vanessa who greeted us and provided us with information around the island, Alexandra (mum) who is a lovely lady. She bought cakes and took them round to everyone in the restaurant - personal touches mean a lot. The owners and all the restaurant staff welcomed us every day with a smile, they were so polite and genuine lovely people. But a big big thank you to Vaselos (we called him vaseline 😂) who looked after us with drinks, food and reserved 2 sunbeds for us every day. Also he had the best smile. Stephanos and Brother (sorry not sure on name and the spelling) you should be so proud of your staff, they are truly lovely hardworking people. The area is peaceful but still has lots of restaurants and places to visit or just stay on the lovely sandy beach. Thank you - we will be back."
