The hotel itself is so thoughtfully designed and laid out. The artwork and decor were carefully curated. The staff was incredibly attentive and all so kind and communicative. I loved breakfasts out on the patio and felt so very much at home. One of my favourite hotel experiences ever. When I go back to Kigali I will only stay there."

"Hello I’m Max . Zostałem w tym hotelu przez dwie noce od 7/30/25 do 7/31/25. Jest to świetne miejsce do pobytu i bardzo czyste i wygodne z lotniska, jak sądzę, mniej niż 10 mn. Jedzenie było dobre i przystępne, śniadanie było wliczone, ale nie ma wiele opcji. Dostaniesz go do pokoju lub dostaniesz go do restauracji na górze. Pokój jest przestronny. Moja jedyna skarga, że : jest dużo rannego hałasu od hotelu, mam na myśli tak dużo hałasu od personelu. Inne niż to wszystko było w porządku. Na pewno polecę to każdemu w mieście lub odwiedzić Kigali ."
