„受付の女性は親切で丁寧で素敵でした！
部屋はシンプルで綺麗です。
部屋も清潔だし、ホテルの周りの治安も良く、このホテルでよかった。
近くにモールがいっぱいあるので、歩いて買い物に何度も行きました。
綺麗な噴水があるモールが好きでした！
夜22時くらいに外にいても、周りはファミリーや若い女性が歩いていたりと大丈夫そうでした。
清掃は３日に一度してくれます。
チップは清掃後QRコードの書いた紙があるのでそれで支払います。
部屋に電子レンジがあるのでターゲットで冷凍食品買って温めて食べれました！
スーパーで買った夜食を食べるのにカトラリーとお皿日本から持ってくればよかったなって思いました笑
隣くらいにあるfox's restaurantおすすめです！
またロサンゼルス行く時ここに泊まりたいです。”

„The GOOD: clean, modern looking, felt safe, mostly quiet (aside from the constant stomping noise) nice large TV, nice fridge (no light inside tho), hidden parking area, lots of stores around, didn't see any bugs/roaches, had extra towels, toilet paper, soap in check-in area, etc.
The BAD: Even though they are single story rooms, I heard constant stomping from what sounded like a thin lady above me, CONSTANT! Didn't matter if I returned at 2pm, 2am, 7am, noon, this person never seemed to leave their room. Sooo irritating! Also, I returned at 4am and all the parking spots were taken. As soon as I went into my room, a person came out of another room and left, leaving a space available. I had to go back outside and move my car to that empty space. PARKING SPOTS SHOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO PAID THE $10/NIGHT FEE TO PARK HERE, WHICH IS ANOTHER DOWNSIDE, THE $10/NIGHT PARKING FEE. I had already booked this place for 2 weeks before I found this out!”

„Everything was on self service because it was labour protest during that period so no staff was there for room service. Luckily the protest was started in the morning not midnight, at least we had a good sleep.
The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day.”

We recommend 4 adults max as we have two bedrooms with 2 regular beds, however there is a queen size pullout sofa bed with very comfortable Air dream mattress (coil base with inflatable top). We put up to 6 people allowed on the listings as families might be okay with the setup.
Kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy meals at home: cookware, cooking utensils, spices, dinnerware, flatware, glassware. New kitchen appliances: fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. Ninja blender, Keurig, electric kettle.
One reserved parking spot in the building carport, accessed with gate remote. Spot will fit a standard car, but not any extra oversize vehicles such as large trucks or SUVs. Very short walk from the parking spot into the unit--up one flight of stairs but otherwise very close. There is also a small elevator near the main entrance to the building--a little bit farther walk to the unit but also not a far distance. This is a smaller condo building, not a big complex.
At the moment there are only 31+ stays allowed. We will supply a good amount of starter supplies of everything you'll need--all soaps, paper products, cleaning products, etc., however please note replenishing supplies with be up to guests during their stay.
This is a condo building, not an apartment building and it's very important to us that our guests respect the building and do not cause any disruption to our neighbors. Parking is only allowed in our reserved parking spot at all times and no items can be left outside the front door of the condo that block the walkway. Quiet hours need to be respected from 10pm-8am.
Bedroom #1 features an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, lots of closet space, loveseat and dark curtains (technically blackout blinds, but not quite blackout in use due to the the way they sit on top of the window frames).
Bedroom #2: corner window with blackout curtains, large closet.
Bathroom #1: tub/shower with newly tiled floors, quartz vanity
Bathroom #2: accessed from the hallway. Please note there is a narrow entrance into this bathroom and standing shower is a little compact.
Please note: this is a lower unit and you will hear the upper tenant at times. There is also some typical street noise. We provide noise machines for your comfort, however I would not recommend this unit to someone who is particularly sensitive to noises.

We’re a very small hosting team — not a luxury hotel like the Waldorf Astoria or Four Seasons. We don’t have on-site staff or 24/7 concierge service, but we genuinely do our best to make every guest feel comfortable and supported during their stay.
Our homes are priced much more reasonably than nearby hotels, and while we’re always happy to help, we kindly ask guests to understand that we may not be able to meet every request in the same way a full-service hotel can.
It’s also important to note that the total price you see is not what the host actually receives.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
A portion goes to platform service fees
Cleaning fees go directly to professional cleaners
Taxes are collected based on local regulations
What remains (which is much less) goes to the host and hosting team — before covering rent or mortgage, utilities, supplies, maintenance, and day-to-day operations
For example, a $200/night stay for 2 nights does not mean the host receives $400. After fees, cleaning, and taxes, the actual amount received is significantly lower.
