"First off, the hotel room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the in-room amenities were excellent. There was 24-hour continuous oxygen supply and a permanent humidifier – not one of those small, flimsy ones, but a large, clean, fixed unit. Now for the main point: a huge, huge thank you to our butler, Tashi. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and he pre-registered our license plate number, which significantly sped up our check-in process. He also continuously asked if we needed anything and reminded us to be safe on the road. Knowing we were heading to Hoh Xil the next day, Tashi specifically prepared a thermos of hot water for us, which proved incredibly useful during our trip. Our car had a flat tire in Hoh Xil that day, and that hot water was genuinely a lifesaver. The next day, we sent our chartered driver to the hotel to pick up some things for us, and Tashi specially prepared a lot of bottled water and oxygen tanks. He also continued to check in on our well-being and express his concern. Furthermore, when Tashi learned we were Hui Muslims upon check-in, he thoughtfully arranged for halal meals for us. There are so many other details I can't even list them all, and I don't know how to express enough gratitude. I just hope the hotel gives more recognition and rewards to employees who genuinely go above and beyond for their guests! I've stayed in many hotels costing thousands, but I've never encountered such a thoughtful butler, especially not at a hotel that only costs a few hundred."

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill my stomach; they had noodles cooked on-site. You have to ask the front desk for oxygen concentrators. They didn't provide conditioner for shampooing; hopefully, they can add that. There was a very cute cat outside the supermarket next door. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Qarhan Salt Lake; you have to go in the afternoon when the wind isn't so strong."

The socket on the right side was leaking electricity, almost electrocuting one of my companions. Cleanliness: The facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is mediocre. Environment: Of all the Ji Hotel hotels we stayed at during this Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop trip, this one was definitely the worst, a terrible experience. The hotel building is shared with restaurants, a billiards hall, and a massage parlor. Service: The hardest to describe. We stayed two nights. On the first night, we discovered the air conditioner wasn't working upon check-in and informed the front desk. The front desk made excuses, saying the air conditioner in the entire building wasn't turned on, even though the air conditioner in our other room worked. The next day, they said they had just turned on the air conditioner in the building, but found that the main unit in our room was broken. Because we were in Hoh Xil all day, we didn't have time to deal with this. The air conditioner still didn't work when we returned. The hotel manager, Mr. Bai, said he would call me, but I waited all day without any response. There was still no reply by check-out time, and I was at my wit's end, so I'm writing this negative review to warn others."
