Perfect location right in the city center. The room was really comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. There’s a little balcony with a lovely view of the old town. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooftop area also has a great view. I really enjoyed my stay here.

L'hôtel est top, super bien décoré et avec un emplacement en or au centre même de la ville est de tout ce qu'il y a à y voir. La chambre, bien que légèrement petite, est équipée de manière optimale autant en terme de rangements que de literie, de plus l'insonorisation est parfaite. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et accueillant. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est un peu léger et tarde parfois à être ravitaillé... Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour découvrir la belle ville de Grenade à 100%

Hotel facilities are quite good. Service staff is nice. Although there are few steps to go to the lift lobby but their staff are inititative to help. Bed is comfortable so we can slept well. Great location and it is not far away to walk to the old town and train station.

The room was probably shared by about 10 women, but I was grateful that they had neatly prepared individual curtains for each bed. The shower and toilet were also clean, making for a great stay!

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

Perfecta ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la Catedral. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Volveremos.

Incredible hotel with true 5-star service, from arrival to departure. An excellent experience, and a rooftop pool with a breathtaking view of the entire city, especially the cathedral. Don't hesitate, just go, even for one night, it's amazing!

a modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room. travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy at all. location is in walking distance to centro area and near bus stops.

시설 좋습니다. 침구도 깨긋하고 에어컨 동작도 굿 키는 카드키라 휴대가 간편합니다. 비데도 있고 동작도 잘하고 간단한 시설 등등 다 있습니다 다만 식기가 청결하진 않아 세척후 사용하세요 주의할점은 체크인시간이 정해져 있으니 그외 시간은 전화를 하셔서 셀프로 키받아야 하는거 같습니다 프런트앞 공용 전화 9번을 누르면 연결된다고 써있네요 운영시간외 부족한 타월등등은 지하에 이지룸?으로 내려 가심 있지만 항상 있는건 아니에요 다른분들도 가져가셔서 헤어 드라이기는 카운터에 미리 요청하세요 룸에 설치된건 동작이 자주 멈춥니다 여튼 정말 추천 할만합니다

대로변 근처여서 좋았고 프론트에 계신 남성분 너무 친절하셨어요 시설도 괜찮았고, 웰컴티로 물과 와인이 있는것도 신기하고 좋았어요 길 건너편에 주차해야하긴 하지만 호텔이랑 그렇게 멀진 않아요 그라나다 오면 꼭 가는 알함브라 궁전과는 좀 떨어져있구요, 그라나다 대성당과는 많이 가깝습니다.
