"The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."

"We have just been to the Ca' del lago farmhouse, what can I say, if not a beautiful place, top swimming pool, with particular tiles, which attract the heat of the sun and are a beautiful colour, flowers and well-kept gardens. Mostly family-run management, everyone is extremely kind, comfortable room with hydromassage. The highlight for those who love animals is "Polpetta", a splendid, sweet bunny. Top quality food. Don't miss out on cold cuts and risottos! They are TOP! We will be back. Francesca and Giancarlo."

"the staff are supper helpful, kind and with high level of service orientation. rooms are convinient, clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the weak wifi was an advantage..... less screen time and more view time at lake Como and the surrounding.. it is a pity that they don't have a real option for dinner since the nearby alternatives are limited. worthwhile to stay here! "Bardzo mili ludzie. Miła obsługa i dbanie o to, by goście czuli się komfortowo. Basen jest bardzo przyjemny, zwłaszcza po upalnym dniu. Po godzinie 19:00 basen i bar są nieczynne, ale tak naprawdę cały hotel również. Poza pokojem nie ma wtedy żadnych udogodnień. Jeśli masz pokój bez balkonu, w zasadzie siedzisz w pokoju bez widoku. Warto o tym pamiętać. W pokoju znajduje się zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty; herbata jest darmowa, a kawa kosztuje 2 euro za filiżankę. Pokoje są dobrze utrzymane, chociaż zauważyłem pleśń na filiżankach i łyżeczkach do kawy. W związku z tym zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, który jest częściowo darmowy, a częściowo płatny, jest rzadko używany."
