"Ogólnie było super! Jednak podczas rezerwacji nie powiedziano mi dokładnie, gdzie będę nocować, tylko że mam numer pokoju. Na początku byłam trochę zaskoczona, nie spodziewałam się pokoju na parterze, sześcioosobowego, takiego jak w akademiku, haha. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było całkiem dobre, z dużym wyborem i kawą, co było bardzo miłe. Po otwarciu okna zobaczyłam góry po drugiej stronie ulicy; śniadanie z tak pięknym widokiem o poranku było bardzo przyjemne. Ale trochę rozczarowujące było to, że dostałam gruby koc, na którym nie dało się spać w środku lata. Kiedy poprosiłam personel o wymianę, powiedziano mi, że nie mają żadnego wolnego."

The hotel is super close to the Jungfrau cable car, and they offer a daily bus pass – remember to ask at the front desk! All in all, it's a good hotel."

"This time we booked a two-bedroom suite, which is actually two rooms at the end of the corridor, with a door installed outside. The room is average. The hotel is located on a hillside. Every time you go out and come back, you have to climb the slope or take the stairs. Older people are cautious. The view from the room is not as expected. Other hotels in front of us block the view. On the last day, we confirmed with the front desk after breakfast that we would check out at 13:00 in the afternoon, but when we returned to the room around 12:30, we found that the door was open and the cleaning staff had piled all our luggage at the door of the room. After we questioned it, they looked indifferent, meaning that the front desk did not inform us. The communication was extremely confusing. This matter was incredible. We complained at the front desk when we checked out, and the feedback was also insincere. The overall experience was not good and it was not worth the price. There are many hotels in Grindelwald, and I believe there are better options at the same price. If you must stay, remember to contact the hotel in advance. You can book a car to pick up and drop off the hotel and the train station when you check in and check out. The hotel is far from the train station, a 10-15 minute walk, and very close to the first mountain cable car, a 5-minute walk"

"Environment: Facing the Eiger Mountain, it is very comfortable to have a leisurely dinner on the balcony. When you come down the first hill by scooter, you will pass by this hotel, so it is convenient to go upstairs to put your things down and take a rest. Just be sure to take the bus when you come here with luggage. Although it’s a 20-minute walk, it’s all uphill and it’s super tiring! ! Hygiene: Hygiene is very good. The water from the tap is direct drinking water, both hot and cold. The breakfast is good with a wide variety. There is a bicycle room downstairs."

"Small, charming hotel. It has a FABULOUS view of the Eiger North Face. The concierge was really kind and took the time to speak "good German" with us Ticinese, when EVERYONE only speaks Bernese dialect (and a strong one at that) and English. He explained how to get around Grindelwald by public transportation and where (and how) to take buses to the Jungfrau. He really put in the effort, I must say. Thank you. The hotel is about 600 meters from the Grindelwald train station, NOT the terminal, but the terminus. But there are buses coming and going, so no problem."
