The room was a bit warm but we turned down the heating. The only thing that could be improved was that the sheets and pillow cases were quite a rough material and were slightly uncomfortable. But otherwise the service from Bala at the desk was excellent and would definitely recommend this accomodation."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the center and there is a supermarket downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby. The mountain can be seen from the balcony of the room👍🏻 and the first station is within walking distance. But the reception office is only open until 7pm. During the stay, the hair dryer in the room was broken. I called the reception and was told that the reception was closed. The call was an emergency call. There was no hair dryer that night, and my friend had to use a towel to dry his hair😓 It was a good night to dry the hair first..."

It was nice to be able to cook, but it wasn't very pleasant because of the smell of burnt oil in the room that doesn't go away even with ventilation. I think 1 towel per person for 2 nights was a bit too much. However, the view of the Eiger North Wall from the balcony was very beautiful enough to accommodate all these easy points."
