"The soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and the hotel was predominantly occupied by Korean guests, which led to some noise at night. The hygiene wasn't great either. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and an ABC store right at the corner. It's also not far from the beach."

"PROS: Kind employees, easy and quick check-in. Delicious calamansi drink at check-in. Bedding comfortable and clean. Large corner room. Slippers, dental kit, etc available. Bottles of water available. CONS: Dated hotel and decor. Found multiple short hairs in restroom. Toilet was not clean."

"Good food, views, many nice discounts and coupons to use everywhere. They have many partnerships with other businesses. For example, at the time of this writing, you can go to Risonare Water Park and only need to pay $15 instead of $55. Dinner buffet was great. Staff are nice. The coffee shop serves Starbucks. Rooms are very spacious."

"Podobało mi się moje pobyt. Miałem wszystko, czego potrzebowałem. Mini bar elementy były komplementarne. Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu było silne. Widok był niesamowity i najlepsza część! Miałem wysoki piętro. Plaża była tuż przed nami. Usługa była również niesamowita. Tylko kilka rzeczy, o których trzeba pamiętać, ślepki były powolne do otwierania, ale rozsądnie szybkie do zamknięcia. Drzwi balkonowe są ciężkie do tłoczenia. Szkło balkonowe może być trochę czystsze. Głowa na zewnątrz prysznica jest mokre. Ściany były trochę cienkie i trzeba było więcej haków do ręczników do powieszenia. W tym, że jeśli wracam do Guam, nadal będę w tym hotelu. Mam nadzieję, że hotel może poprawić się na tych rzeczach. Zdecydowanie warto odwiedzić."

"We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service."

"I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront."

"Honestly, customer service was good. But the rooms could’ve been better, get it up-to-date to be honest. The breakfast buffet wasn’t all that good either. Everything was so bland and needed salt. The bacon tasted weird and had a off after taste. The pool was small I feel like it could’ve had something more. But for the price I couldn’t expect too much. If I must say, for the price it was average but it could’ve been better."

"This was the worst experience ever. I called the hotel prior to my arrival that day to tell them that I'm going to reach the hotel later than regular check in time. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that there were no available rooms but she can squeeze me in one of the ones where they don't have pillow cases and asked me to check it out first. I arrived super late and wanted a place to crash, when we went up to the room omg the smell of the cleaning product is so vile I still have migraine. Plus, there were GECKOS in the room! Mother effing GECKOS! I couldn't stay, I called another hotel and paid way more money not to stay there."
