"It's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. However, I can see why most people only stay for half a night – the quality is just okay. We booked it at a special, super cheap rate, so even with some complaints, we didn't mind too much. But if I had paid full price, I would have been really disappointed. The service and cleanliness are fine, but even though the room was cleaned, towels weren't automatically replenished; you had to ask for them at the counter. We stayed for three nights, but water was only provided at check-in. After that, we had to buy it or fill up from the gym's water dispenser. That part was a bit inconvenient. Still, having a convenience store inside the accommodation was a huge plus! The room view was like this [implied, as if showing a picture]. Oh, and it's fine if you have a rental car, but we were on foot, and having to walk 15 minutes to the beach was a bit tough. It's an acceptable place for a budget stay, but it's not worth paying a high price for a longer stay! Go for a hotel closer to the beach instead 😁"

Plaża Tumon ma doskonałe białe piaski i dużą powierzchnię, która jest odpowiednia do pływania i chłodzenia w wodzie. Jakość wody jest najlepsza jaką widziałem, lepsza niż plaże w Phuket! I udogodnienia stają się stare. Wiele wad znajduje się w pokoju bez naprawy. Śniadanie jest miłe, ale nie tak dobre jak wieża Tsubaki."

"“Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Guam! The hotel is tucked away on Gun Beach with a more private and tranquil feel compared to the busier central Tumon area. It has direct access to a nice beach section, perfect for those seeking a relaxed vibe while still being close enough to restaurants and shopping (short taxi or walk).The rooms are spacious (around 48㎡), all oceanfront with huge balconies offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, and free WiFi worked well throughout. The outdoor pools with waterslides and kids’ area were a big hit — lots of fun for families.We loved the beachfront BBQ buffet dinner with the fire dance show in the evening; great variety of food (including Japanese options) and entertaining atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for a beach resort with great views. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Guam for a peaceful Guam getaway — we’d happily return!”"

"Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff were very kind to us. The live music in the bar area was amazing and the atmosphere was great in there. They offered morning yoga classes complementary for guests, and I was able to make a reservation with the concierge the night before. It was a wonderful way to start off a beautiful day."

"To najlepszy hotel w Guam. Zarezerwowaliśmy duży apartament z dużym salonem i sypialnią, duży balkon i ładne łazienki. Wszystko było dobre i piękne. Możemy użyć salonu klubowego i znalazły się również lepiej niż oczekiwano. Wszystko jest za darmo w salonie klubowej. Mamy herbatę w klubie o 14:00, przed check in o 15:00. A sesja od 5:00 do 8:00 zapewnia nieograniczone napoje, koktajle i bufety. Bufet klubowy był tak smaczny, że jest lepszy niż pełny bufet w innych hotelach! Ponadto, pracownicy w całych hotelach są bardzo mili! Pozwolili nam zrobić kilka zdjęć w kaplicy nieba, ponieważ mamy para ślubna w tej podróży. Hotel jest najpiękniejszym widokiem na cały Guam! Hotel jako pokaz fontanna w swoim basenie nieskończoności. Dołączyliśmy o 9:00 i znalazłyśmy go bardzo rozrywkowo. Poranny bufet jest bardzo dobry! Najlepszy w Guam! Bardzo polecam ten hotel."

"My family and I stayed here for a week. The building and facilities are generally old, and the air conditioning is an analog switch-type, but the price is very reasonable. Considering the cost per person, it's comparable to a Japanese business hotel, but for this spaciousness and oceanfront view, I think it's an incredible deal. [Good Points] Amenities: Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, stove, and microwave are all provided, along with everything you need for daily life. The washer-dryer is especially useful for beachgoers and scuba divers. Location: The ocean is right in front of you, so you can go to the beach in your swimsuit as if you were in your own backyard. Having a rental car makes shopping at Don Quijote a breeze. We stocked up on beer and water and enjoyed cooking with the condiments we brought from Japan. Services: Towels and other amenities are also provided promptly. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also convenient. [Notes/Advice] If you plan to cook steaks or other dishes, I highly recommend bringing kitchen scissors from Japan! The local meat is large, so it was difficult to cut with just a knife (lol). I walked to a nearby shop and got my AOW (Advanced) license this time. It's not the latest luxury hotel, but it's the perfect place to spend a relaxing, carefree time with the family. It's easy to get to from Japan, so I'd definitely like to come back regularly to relax."

The bacon tasted weird and had a off after taste. The pool was small I feel like it could’ve had something more. But for the price I couldn’t expect too much. If I must say, for the price it was average but it could’ve been better."

"The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it."

"This was the worst experience ever. I called the hotel prior to my arrival that day to tell them that I'm going to reach the hotel later than regular check in time. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that there were no available rooms but she can squeeze me in one of the ones where they don't have pillow cases and asked me to check it out first. I arrived super late and wanted a place to crash, when we went up to the room omg the smell of the cleaning product is so vile I still have migraine. Plus, there were GECKOS in the room! Mother effing GECKOS! I couldn't stay, I called another hotel and paid way more money not to stay there."
