"My Name is Javier, and I went with my kids and stayed in this beautiful place, is a place for couples the main town, which is kind of walking distance, I recommend eating at this hotel because the town is not too safe to be at nighttime in the day hit the shopping places. I would come back again but just with my partner."

"Nice hotel, but very far from the centre of town. The receptionist didn't tell us about the Jacuzzi that was available on the top floor. Room was spacious and clean. WiFi wasn't great."

"Widok z hotelu był niesamowity i zdecydowanie był głównym punktem naszego pobytu. Niestety, kilka kwestii odebrało ogólne doświadczenie. Nie ma telefonu w pokoju, więc za każdym razem, gdy potrzebowaliśmy pomocy, musieliśmy iść na górę i na dół trzy loty schodów do recepcji. Kiedy poszliśmy dostać kod Wi-Fi, ręcznie napisana notatka była tak niejasna, że nie mogliśmy się połączyć i w końcu przestaliśmy próbować. Siadanie toaletowe było całkowicie luźne, co było bardzo niewygodne i nie idealne w ogóle. Nie mieliśmy też gorącej wody do naszego prysznica. Śniadanie było bardzo ograniczone, z praktycznie nie dostępne opcje. Podróżujemy po całym świecie i przebywamy w wielu różnych miejscach, a naszym zdaniem ten hotel jest bardzo przeceniony za to, co oferuje. Staff próbował nam to następnego dnia, ale ponieważ tylko noc przebywaliśmy, to nie pomagało. Za cenę zapłaciliśmy, spodziewaliśmy się prawdziwego 5-star doświadczenia."

"I loved this place! Good price and perfect location for hanging out in the pretty town. Near the restaurants and main plaza. Bus station is next door to get to and from Medellin. Small balconies to look out over the action. Across the street from the lake promenade."
