"For our one week stay, we expected a good place in this relaxing and historical town. We got so much more ! Excellent service, a stunning SPA facility and, cherry on top a great cake, an incredible restaurant. The food quality, variety end presentation could not have been better. The chef, that has been there for 30 years, definitely deserves a Michelin star. We'll surely go back. Best months to go are May or October. Avoid July and August, too hot and too crowded."

"The place itself is fabulous, with old wooden beams and floors. The desk clerk, Julia, was so helpful and nice and friendly. The breakfast room is gorgeous, along with the yummy breakfast. I wish we had stayed there longer. Location was perfect. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed."

"Pobyliśmy jedną noc w Castello tuż przed Bożym Narodzeniem i bardzo się to cieszyło!To połączyło stare światowe urok z nowoczesnymi komfortami, z pysznymi posiłkami! Pokoje były ciepłe i przestronne, z dekoracją, która sprawia, że czujesz, że właśnie wszedłeś do bajki. Staff był przyjazny i zakwaterowany, kierując nasze wiele pytań w miesiącach przed pobytem; a gdy byliśmy tam, Polecałoby to raz w życiu podczas wizyty w Umbria. Połączy starą urok z nowoczesnym komfortem i oferuje pyszne posiłki! Pokój jest ciepły i przestronny, a ozdoba czuła się jak w świecie bajek. Cierpliwość odpowiedziała na wiele pytań; podczas naszego pobytu, pozwalając nam wejść do starej wieży i cieszyć się wspaniałym widokiem. Chciałbym zostać dłużej. Bardzo zalecam to wyjątkowe doświadczenie, które nie może być przegapione."

"We stayed only one night,in the laundry suite,a comfortable room with a small corner of kitchen,with a beautiful terrace. Magic place even though it was raining unfortunately.....So much peace, opening the window enjoys the smell of the rosmarin,place where to enjoy nature. We'll be back in the beautiful season. I recommend it."
