The Hotel was great. Clean, silent, new. But on top of that the personal was outstanding. No one single wish did not find a way to be expressed and done. Kind, precise, honest, caring always nice and I can continue with attribute to qualify the place. Traveling for business and have chance to work in relax atmosphere was great. Thank you very guys. Had a good time. Check in and out process was not easy because most of the staff not good at English. However very comfortable since all staff are very helpful and polite. Also amenities and rooms were great.

杭州灣御海君瀾我和家人已經是常客了，真的是愛了，這次過節我是網上訂得房間和家人過去玩的，這酒店很多細節令我難忘，比如服務人員的熱情，過節高峯還能做到周全照顧，我要了一個加被都是提前給我放進去的，我的雙床還幫我換成大床等等細節都做得無可挑剔，所以我又續住了一晚，總之一個字：好！下次我和家人還會再來的

To mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu w podróży służbowej. Mogę powiedzieć, że jest naprawdę wspaniale! Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest bardzo ładna! Po drugie obsługa w recepcji jest bardzo entuzjastyczna. A kawa z lodami w sklepie jest dostarczana gościom bezpłatnie. Co więcej, pieczone słodkie ziemniaki, które jadłam jako dziecko, są również bezpłatne, a wieczorem oferowane są bezpłatne koktajle. To naprawdę pierwszy raz, kiedy zatrzymałem się w hotelu z tak wieloma bezpłatnymi niespodziankami. Wątpię, czy jest to hotel gwiazdorski z najwyższej półki. Pokój jest duży, w pełni wyposażony w stoły, krzesła, sofy i stoliki kawowe oraz siedzisko dla lalki. Higiena jest bardzo dobra. Widać, że panie w pokojach sprzątają bardzo dokładnie. Głównym powodem jest to, że cena tego hotelu nie jest wysoka! Stosunek ceny do wydajności jest naprawdę świetny. Wybiorę ten sklep, gdy przyjadę tu w przyszłości w podróż służbową. Naprawdę świetnie!

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The environment is pleasant, the front desk staff is friendly, the rooms are fully equipped, and there are smart guest control systems, making it convenient to travel around the area, which is quite impressive. Would definitely recommend !!

The hotel is very nice very clean with an original architectural and rooms so beautiful with a balcony, the inconveniences was the location can’t if you looks for something to eat or to buy outside you may use taxi each time, the automatic closing room doors make a very noisy slaps you can imagine when you are sleeping

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
