„Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar. While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented. Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.”

„Nie całkiem w centrum, ale można tam chodzić w 20 minut. Kocham Sauna na 25 piętrze z wielkim widokiem i może ciepło polecić restaurację (Iris), która ma ograniczoną menu, ale wszystkie dania na niej są bardzo dobrze przygotowane (jeść naszą drogę).”

„Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.”

„Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.”

„Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.”

„Rezerwacja dokonana 2 adt + 1 chd W dniu przyjazdu podwójne łóżko. Czekaliśmy 1 godzinę 30 na decyzję kierownika hotelu (19/05 wieczorem), która mogła zostać podjęta w 20 minut Dzięki obsłudze klienta Trop.Com, którą miałem (linia w języku angielskim dostępna 24/24) sytuacja została rozwiązana (dzięki mojemu rozmówcy tego bardzo sprawnego wieczoru). Zgodnie z ustaleniami z trip.com podwyższyłem opłaty za inny apartament z sypialnią. Kwota ta została mi zwrócona w ciągu 24 godzin przez dział finansowy wycieczki po przesłaniu potwierdzeń wpłaty (bardzo szybki zwrot pieniędzy, dziękuję). Dziękuję mojemu rozmówcy Chrystusowi.... za skuteczność w rozwiązaniu problemu poprzez obsługę klienta. Gorąco polecam tę stronę tym, którzy jej nie znają. Cette somme m'a été remboursé dans les 24h par le service financier trip après avoir envoyé les justificatifs de paiements (rembour*****t très Rapide, merci). „Happy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.”

„Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. „Naprawdę przyjemny hotel z bardzo profesjonalną obsługą. Jedynym personelem, który moim zdaniem nie spełniał wymogów 5 gwiazdek, byli ludzie stojący w holu i noszący bagaże. Kiedy przechodziliśmy obok i mówiliśmy coś w stylu „dzień dobry” lub „dobry wieczór”, prawie nie otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedzi. Szczególnie podobało nam się wyśmienite śniadanie, najlepsze, jakie jedliśmy od czasu pandemii.”

„Na tylnym podwórku hotelu była duża budowla, która nie była w opisie hotelu. Niestety, ta budowla została usłyszona. W łazience w prysznicu płytka była złamana i złamana w środku, było pół dziury, ryzyko uszkodzenia. Również, nie można zamknąć drzwi łazienki, bo nie miałbyś go na inny sposób. Obszar wellness był pięknym otworzeniem, ale w pierwszej nocy w basenie na ziemi było wiele białych kawałków (nie wiedząc, co to było). Sauna jest prawdopodobnie używana przez wielu bez ręczniki, dlatego drewno jest już ”slima”. Kiedy śniadanie, kiedy było bardzo pełne, człowiek często nie śledzi z resztą rzeczy. Więc naprawdę trzeba czekać dłużej, aż będą tam nowe soki, krojówki, tosty, owoce i whisky. Jednak można zrobić sobie prawdziwe belgijskie waffle. Płynny podkład stoi obok urządzenia i można pocić go i zamknąć urządzenie i obrócić. W przeciwnym razie pracownicy są naprawdę mili i pomocni, a także bardzo czyste.”
