NIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat. What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar! When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.

Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance.

A nice and cozy boutique hotel. Close to dalat futa bus terminal. Walking distance to various cafe or restaurant. 8 mins grab drive to major tourist spot such as lake, night market or GO supermarket. Not a hot spot for backpackers but definitely suitable to couple or family. Love the hotel design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Every time waiting our grab driver to pick us up at lobby, the staff will serve us a cup of hot tea. Free breakfast and afternoon tea are provided. Pool and gym are available.

The buildings still look new , garden and flower so nice and colorful. The place is very attractive also, I’m very like Yoghurts during breakfast time. Staffs are friendly and active.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests. We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine.

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!
