Chance upon it while running my work at LamVien Square . So decided to stay for 1 night before my flight the next day . I got myself a room on the ground floor . Love it . Easy in and out . Breakfast was amazing with good selections and delicious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room very finely appointed with Bathlines from Chopard.

Hotel is beautiful! We arrived extremely early and we got the room immediately (maybe bc of low season, but still great). The room is fab (we had triple upstairs), very clean and super comfy beds. The shower is a bit small and hot water can only be achieved at low pressure, I didn’t like washing my long hair, but spa is very cheap, so not a big disadvantage for us. 10 minutes drive to city center and 10 minutes to Datanla, great location. We mostly used taxi, as roads outside of city center seem dangerous for bikes or walking. The only problem we encountered is breakfast limited to one dish out of 4 and no variety, same dishes all the time (2 types of bahn mi, fried eggs and steak you need to pay extra for) One guy from hotel kept trying to charge us for breakfast. Unless you need to eat very early, I wouldn’t recommend to take breakfast as outside there are more options and greater variety (what is sold for 99 here is 55 in the center, for example). Also I would recommend weekdays and outside of Vietnamese holidays as locals come with kids, a little bit loud but inside the room you you can’t hear other people really.

Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

This hotel is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression. I spent the most wonderful two nights here with my family. I'm surprised by some Google Maps reviews that mentioned worn-out furniture; on the contrary, the furniture was beautiful and new. The staff were professional, incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming to all nationalities. I highly recommend it to every Arab traveler – don't hesitate for a moment to book here! The breakfast was excellent and varied, though it could use a little more diversity. They absolutely delighted me by celebrating my birthday with my family during breakfast, amidst other guests, with a simple yet delicious cake. I'm so grateful for that lovely gesture 🥹💕. Despite its distance from the city center, they offer complimentary shuttle service for guests from the center to the hotel and back, so you can enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Dalat more. Just pay attention to the bus schedule. This will be my and my family's first choice whenever we visit Dalat in the future 🤗. I wish them and the kind people of Vietnam continued progress and prosperity ❤️.

Nice hotel, generally within 500 meter radius you can find everything, from cafes to pubs to the night market & shops. Breakfast is generous. Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. It's a tourist hotel so be prepared for noises & loud conversations . Not the hotel fault, just the guests. We had a room next to the lift & we didn't get to sleep due to the noises from guests talking & laughing & hauling luggage. Also sounds from the streets till wee hours because the window is not soundproof. So do ask for room that's away from the lift area & not facing the street. Everything else is fine.

We booked a 2BR w kitchen n living room however kitchen was not functional at all, its empty but staff support to get our food warmed up was efficient. Was a little disappointed that the onsen spa was not ready too, it’s not updated in the hotel website. Overall nice hotel with good service provided by the staff. Amenities need improvement. The good: The staff are genuinely nice. The fridge worked, the WiFi was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the fan was strong — I mostly slept well. The view was nice but I had to sit by the bath to enjoy. The room: It didn't look like the online photos, which showed sculpted ceilings, mood lighting, and a rug. That's what I booked for, so the difference was disappointing. Cleanliness: The room smelled mouldy. I bought an air freshener, which helped. It wasn't serviced once during my week-long stay. Noise: Soundproofing is poor. I was given a room by the lift, and the noise was significant. There's also a window above the door, and the automatic lights flash on and off through the night — it made it hard to stay asleep.

For the price, no complaints. Hard to communicate with the front desk as they do not speak English. but they tried their best. Bed not that clean. Location is behind a small alley but still ok.

Hi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.
