"We stayed one night in this hotel during our cycle tour from Vienna to Budapest. Friendly staff was welcoming us. Nice, clean & big room. Excellent breakfast. Ideally located to visit the city. One attention point: no elevator in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay !"

"My husband did not get the ordered meal, it was served 20 min later. It was terrible, I guess the chef wanted to finished it too fast so the meat was not fried well. The chips is better at the Mcdonalds then here... The service charge was 10% that is really high considering we paid 8700.- for 3 jugs of limonade +10% --＞ 9570.- (4 adults, 4 boys) So the total amount was schocking for me. "

"So, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars. The rooms were unclean and full of BUGS. There was someone’s hair everywhere, the TOILET SEAT HAD SOMEONES FEACES ON IT, and the 1 fly cheap toilet paper they had WAS UNUSABLE. There cleaning crew stole our headphones, and they didn’t do anything about it. The spa isn’t even a spa, it’s 2 extremely cold pools and a sauna which wasn’t even working, the rooms stink and are extremely small, the price is a scam, this is definitely not 4 stars, we didn’t even get any bathroom amenities, and the new towels were wet. The breakfast was extremely cold and over salted. The staff were really hostile towards us. Don’t go here, it’s a 2 star hotel, find something better where they won’t scam you for your money"
