"I made reservations for room in the hotel. When I came there on time, nobody was there. I walked around for a while, looking for the entrance, but everything was locked. I tried to contact the administration on the phone, but nobody answered. I had no choice but making another reservation in another place. Finally she called me back. She explained me that this is the practice of the hotel not to have a representative, they just give a code to enter the hotel. She she apologized for not answering the phone on time, but it was too late. The representative agreed to give me the refund but she does not respond to emails and phone calls of ********** This means i cannot get a refund. Stay away from the crooks!"

"The place was booked for us as a temporary residency while we got our own apartment in the city. People at Reception are usually OK, having a few exceptions whom should not be dealing with passengers. Reception is usually accommodating when requested to replace towels or provide toilet paper. There is a laundry area with free detergent and reasonable prices for using the machines. On the negative side; rooms are small, cleaning is done once a week; twice at most if you really insist on it. TV does not work, it has no antenna nor cable service. Telephone is only one way to Reception, it does not receive calls nor allows for placing calls, even locally. The worst however is the abundance of cockroaches that plagued my room. They crawled everywhere, even on your table! The Hotel"s personnel are oblivious to the problem, minimizing it and placing the blame on us ("you left your window open", "they fly through the window"). It is worthwhile mentioning that the room was located in the 5th floor (which, in America, would have been the 6th floor). The place is very close to the port, loud noise even at night, surrounded by empty stores and derelict buildings. I would never recommend this Apartment Hotel to anybody."

"The atmosphere is generally good and the place is close to the center of life in Haifa, but the pillows are uncomfortable and there was a sound like water drip all night, and the door couldn't be closed from inside."

"Really nice friendly small hotel, very close to the beach and not far from Bat Galim railway station, as well as some nice little restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, ice-cream place. The roof terrace is super, with great views of the sea. Our room had two windows with views of the sea and the Carmel mountain ridge. There is also ample outside space for family/groups. We loved the fact that there is a coffee machine in the lobby for 24/7 coffee. It is obviously very community minded as well."
