Hotele w: Haiphong Downtown, Hajfong

Uroczy hotel, bardzo czysty, idealna lokalizacja, bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel. Wszystko nam się podobało. Cudowny park tuż po drugiej stronie ulicy, gdzie spędzaliśmy poranki spacerując po parku, a wieczory podziwiając lokalnych mieszkańców i będąc częścią lokalnej sceny. Wspaniałe restauracje w okolicy hotelu. Hajfong to wspaniałe miasto. Zatrzymaliśmy się na 4 dni i chętnie tam wrócimy, gdy znów będziemy w Wietnamie.

Another great stay at the Wink hotel. Staff are phenomenal and very welcome and warm. A joy to be around as they make you feel at home. Definitely 5 star service from all members of the hotel staff. Had the opportunity to meet one of the managers of that location and he is very easy to talk to and very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future to anybody travelling to Vietnam Hai Phong. 

The hotel offered so-good discount for the New Year occasion. Good amenities, interiors inside are new. Good place in the city center. Offer free breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional maintenance and outstanding service. The property is impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully tended to. The rooms were spotless, with modern furnishings and all amenities in perfect working order—no creaky beds or flickering lights here! The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience!

Pros: - Super friendly staff - Quiet and comfortable location near Vincom center- - Easy to get anywhere by motorbike - Has microwave, washing machine and refrigerator - Many restaurants nearby - Convenience store hi just a block away Cons: - No elevator from first to second floor, if you have a large luggage will to carry to second floor - wifi not working the first 3 nights and start to work on the last night of my stay

清潔で広い部屋、親切なスタッフ、便利なロケーション、満点です。特にロケーションは、鉄道駅やカットバ島行き旅行会社に近く大変便利でした。飲食店やコンビニも近隣に多数あります。

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

Place was superficially clean but still had quite a bit of mold around the shower. Not sure why it’s so hard to take a little bleach and make sure it’s at least visibly clean. Not really a problem for a guy but my partner did not appreciate it very much. I probably will be looking for different accommodations if I need them again.

Hotel był dość miły, czysty i ładny widok. Podobało mi się, że mają 24/7 obsługa klienta, która jest dla nas naprawdę ważna. Pomogli z zamówieniem taksówki i innych rzeczy. Ma dobrą lokalizację, jak sądzę, wiele kawiarni w pobliżu. Również śniadanie, kochaliśmy go.
