"Clean room. No dresser or other type of wardrobe to unpack clothes; hangers available, along with ironing board/iron. Hair dryer. No microwave even though one pictured in the room pic I saw. Coffeemaker adequate but could be nicer. Tolietries provided (single use). Staff friendly & helpful. Couldn't connect to Wifi; must use hotel admin password which they provided. Ice machine on my floor didn't work, easy access to another unit on other floor via elevator. Walking distance to free City Shuttle and several very good restaurants and cafes. Decor is quasi mid-century modern. Small desk and swivel office chair but no other additional seating, other than on your bed. Small vinyl "ottoman" (to be used how?). Heating/AC unit efficient & quiet? Had fan only mode for air circulation which was nice. Room view blocked by structural pillar; I didn't want to hassle changing rooms; on hindsight, I should have moved to "pool view" room instead of "city view.""

"Read Hotel to piękny historyczny hotel. Lobby jest klasyczny i nasz pokój Manor został dobrze wyznaczony. Mimo to spotkaliśmy się z dwoma problemami. Klerka przedniego desk był bardzo krótki z nami w checkin i wydawał się zdenerwowany odpowiedzieć na nasze pytania dotyczące parkingu valet. Ale najważniejsze, że nasz pokój był tak głośny w nocy. Ściany są papierowe cienkie i słyszeliśmy każda rozmowa w sąsiednim pokoju. Ponadto, drzwi w naszym korytarzu zamknięte z głośnym bangiem za każdym razem, gdy goście zamknęli drzwi. To była jedna z najgorszych nocy snu, jakie kiedykolwiek spotkaliśmy w hotelu. Na wyjazdu, biuro nie przywitał się z nami, oprócz zapytania, czy chcemy nasz recepcja wydrukowana lub wysłana e-mailem. Nie “Jak było pobyt?” został zapytany. Zdecydowaliśmy się nie narzekać na jej wyjazd, ponieważ nie wydawała się martwić o nas jako gości."

"Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉"
