We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)

Good location (15 minutes walks to Temple of Heaven). The included breakfast was quite good, especially the yoghurt. The accessories given in the room were very cute. The facilities are new and well-maintained. Overall very good experience staying there.

It's clean and tidy, but the room is very narrow, but it's enough. The fake window is quite interesting to sit in. I won't say anything about the TV in Home Inn. You have to pay for a one-time membership to watch something. It's really outrageous. Other facilities are very good and the transportation is convenient. Songlei Commercial Building is next door. There are Starbucks, Pizza Hut and Burger King nearby

The bathroom was very clean, and the shower's heavy handle was slightly cumbersome, but it was soon to get familiar with it. The water pressure is moderate. The floor drain was slightly reminiscent, but told the waiter to deal with it, and there was no longer a taste. Every day I live here, I feel comfortable, the service staff are active and enthusiastic, the number of people is large, and it is very convenient to be on call. The most worth mentioning is the Volga restaurant on the first floor, no matter how many languages I use, I can't express my love for it. The dishes are too rich! The taste is too delicious! The price is too close to the people! The first thing to get up in the morning is to go straight to the restaurant to start the day with the best experience. Breakfast included in the price! The hygiene is very good, it is cleaned every day, but the toiletries are not provided in time. After staying for four days, there was nothing on the first day. I went downstairs and asked for a toothbrush. The next day, a toothbrush, shower cap, comb care package was placed in the bathroom. There was nothing on the third day, and a full set was replenished on the fourth day. Is this replenished every other day? The room is very warm, even if the air conditioner is not turned on, it is very hot. The old house is renovated, the voltage of the socket is unstable, and the power will trip when charging. The air is dry and the room is equipped with a humidifier.

Because we changed our itinerary and arrived in Harbin one day in advance, and the hotel was booked to check in the next day, it was not good to drag our luggage with us, so we contacted the hotel and they stored our luggage for us even without checking in, which solved a big problem. The problem! like! I stayed with my family for three days. I didn't use the hotel's breakfast because there were too many delicacies in Erbin. The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to go to Sofia, Central Street or 731. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, which can meet all kinds of food needs, especially next to Qiulin and Fendou Non-staple Food Market, you can go shopping and search for delicious food when you have nothing to do. The view outside the hotel window is very good, the night view is super beautiful, and if you wake up early, you can also see the sunrise.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.
