Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

I recently wrapped up a fantastic stay from March 3rd to March 6th and couldn't be happier with my experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. I want to give a special shout-out to Jenny, Mia, and Nan for their outstanding hospitality and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff on duty between March 3rd ~ March 6th. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine ”can-do” attitude.

Wspaniały hotel w pobliżu lotniska z bezpłatnym przewoźnikiem, który był dla nas wygodny. Pokój dla 2 był wygodny, z wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodnieniami. Staff był uprzejmy i pomagał nam. W pokoju był również masażer stopy. Teraz wiemy, gdzie się pozostać.

Tis hotel is really good location … and the front desk boy was so so kind v arrived frm Mohe at 6am he try hard to arrange us to check in v was exhausted by 19 hours train ride. He let us check in early n we have a really good rest n offer us a good breakfast too love ❤️💓kindness of d staff. The room was clean n juz nice everything’s was good well v definitely will come back Tis hotel again ..

Bardzo dobry! Naprzeciwko znajduje się Ha Yiyuan, po przekątnej znajduje się budynek handlowy Toulong, niedaleko Katedry Zofii, tylko dziesięć minut spacerem. Pokój jest całkiem zadowalający, ale chciałbym pochwalić: karta klucza do pokoju i karta dostępu do zasilania są oddzielne, co jest bardzo miłe👍🏻. Nie będzie wstydu, że nie będzie można naładować wszystkich naładowanych rzeczy w pokoju jak tylko wyjdziesz! To trzeba utrzymać! Łazienka jest oddzielona od części mokrej i suchej, a stan sanitarny pokoju i pościeli jest bardzo dobry. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, godny polecenia!

What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏

Bringing my daughter to Harbin, choosing the Licheng Longzhang Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) was such a wise decision! The location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to explore and eat with a child. The front desk staff were incredibly warm; seeing we had a little one, they proactively offered a small gift – a cute Russian-style pendant and some candies. My daughter was jumping for joy when she got them, instantly boosting her fondness for Harbin! The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was comfortable, so my daughter slept soundly. The service at this hotel was truly thoughtful and heartfelt, giving our parent-child trip a perfect start. Definitely five-star worthy!

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. The room was always warm, clean, and cozy, and the location is great. The breakfast was exceptional, too! Thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. I only took one photo and forgot to snap a picture of the room, so I'll be sure to do that next time.

This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly.
