Hotele w: Harbin Central Avenue/Saint Sophia Cathedral/The Memorial Tower of Fig, Harbin

I recently wrapped up a fantastic stay from March 3rd to March 6th and couldn't be happier with my experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. I want to give a special shout-out to Jenny, Mia, and Nan for their outstanding hospitality and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff on duty between March 3rd ~ March 6th. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine ”can-do” attitude.

Pros • Large room with full smart automation for curtains, air conditioning, lights, and TV via tablet • Daily refill of water and tea, except one missed day • Towels changed every day, even during winter • Halal restaurant nearby. Search 兰州手工牛肉面 on Tencent Maps • Convenience store beside the hotel for snacks and water • Walkable from Shangzhi Station with many nearby food vendors • Luggage storage available • Food delivery allowed directly to the room door • Taobao and Pinduoduo parcels accepted by the hotel • Lobby staff are consistently friendly, smiling, and welcoming • Housekeeping staff are hardworking and attentive Cons • Cigarette smoking issue. Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

Our hotel stay was fantastic! The location is great, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, provided excellent service. The room was very new and had a fresh air system, the floors were spotless, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. The laundry room was cleaned multiple times a day by an attendant. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!

The hotel is conveniently located near Central street. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I left my charging cables and adapter in the room when I checked out and they reached out to me via Trip.com app to inform me to pick up. Very pleasant experience . The gymn is very new as well and clean .

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

I stayed here recently and overall, my experience was not bad. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which left a good first impression. I requested a non-corner room, but they assigned me the last room at the end of the hallway. It wasn’t a big issue for me, though I did notice a very strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. I had to open both the windows and the door for a while to ventilate the air.The room itself was clean—especially the bed and mattress, which were well-kept. The hot shower worked fine, though it took a little time for the water to heat up. There were two complimentary bottles of water in the room, and daily cleaning was available upon request. Breakfast was included, but beverages were not, and guests need to purchase drinks from the lobby. One of the staff kindly offered me a bottle of tea for free, which I appreciated, though I think it would’ve been nicer if they had asked my preference first since there were several drink options in the fridge.In terms of location, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, with a few restaurants nearby and a local wet market that operates during the daytime. If you plan to join a tour around Harbin or Yabuli, you can approach the lady at the counter next to the elevator—her prices are quite reasonable, though make sure to ask about the details of the tour before confirming.Overall, the stay was decent—some small inconveniences, but friendly service and reasonable value for what you get.

Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper.

This hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Harbin for sightseeing, photography, and tasting local cuisine. Less than 3 min walk to central street. The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with, readily fulfilling any requests. Basic amenities and necessities are readily available and in good condition. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Family Room has excellent toilet and bathroom design with sufficient privacy and place to hang clothes. Even has humidifier which was good as the air could get really dry here. The hotel knows travelling needs of family well. If there is bidot and vanity mirror would be bonus.

This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Special shoutout to Yangyang, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 这是一家非常不错的酒店。它地理位置便利，紧邻哈尔滨主街。酒店很有魅力，装饰仿佛出自俄罗斯小说。房间干净舒适。房间不太干净，还有点烟味，我们请求换房，工作人员非常配合。我觉得我住宿中最棒的部分是酒店工作人员，每个人都很有礼貌、乐于助人且非常友好。这确实让我的体验更好了。特别感谢杨杨，她在整个逗留期间都非常友好和乐于助人。

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.
