"Unikaj. Unikaj. Chociaż pokój był czysty i łóżko było wygodne i jest w świetnej lokalizacji, bierze 200 shekel depozyt. Znajdą wszystkie powody, aby ukraść depozyt od ciebie. Miałem ten sam problem 3 lata temu, ale tym razem nie chciałem opuszczać pokoju, dopóki nie zwrócili depozytu. "I would leave minus 10 stars if it was an option. I booked through a 3rd party website. When I arrived, they told me that it’s a common mistake people make when using that website that they don’t make the booking correctly and that I need to pay an extra 1500nis if I want to stay. I had travelled all day with my young kids and couldn’t bear the thought of not having anywhere for them to stay so I agreed to pay it. My cards wouldn’t work there (even though they worked many times on the way to the hotel for public transport). They told me there’s a problem with their machine and I need to pay cash. I have refused but they told me they will take that amount before I leave from the card I have saved with them. I have 2 rooms, although a good size they are dated, mouldy, the ceiling is leaking from the air conditioning. There are hundreds of cockroaches in my room. They have given me a spray to kill them. I physically feel sick staying in this hotel. My children are crying and will not sleep as they are scared of the cockroaches. I have asked the hotel for a refund so that I can go stay somewhere safe but they will not agree to compensate me. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff are rude, have tried to steal money from me and have offered me no help"

"Absolutna katastrofa. Myślałem, że idziemy na ładny romantyczny ucieczkę na 2 . Brak klimatyzacji w 39' stopni ciepła . Musiałem błagać o inny pokój . Okłamał nas, że nie było innych pokoi . Złamane drzwi w pokoju . Bezpieczeństwo wpadło do pokoju w środku nocy z powodu “błędu ”. Szalona głośna muzyka cały ranek , nie mogła odpocząć w ogóle. Left w środku wizyty . Kiedy prosiliśmy o pieniądze z powrotem, powiedzieli, że dają nam kolejną darmową noc . Nie wiedziałem, czy się śmiać czy płakać."
