Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunker beds with two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on the top (sleeps 6!). There is a 3-seater sofa and 2-seater love seat sofa in the living room. These sofas can open up and be quite spacious for a nap. The living room has a futon that can open up as a small twin bed (33”x66”x14”H, good for a person under 5’5”). The middle floor has one full bath with a bathtub. There is also a vanity with mirror in the laundry room for washing and brushing teeth etc. The main kitchen, breakfast area and formal dining room are on the middle floor. There are also two screened patios and one outdoor patios (to get tan) on this floor.Bottom floor has one bedroom and one bath and a sitting room. Bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is situated next to the outdoor jacuzzi! Sitting room has a L-shape sofa, which can be converted into a king-size bed (sleeps 2).
