After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…"

Even after asking the front desk for a car, or ordering takeout to be delivered, we always had to wait a long time for a response. 🥲 In the end, we gave up and just walked around. The park itself was decent, with food and drinks available. Unfortunately, some of the recreational facilities were rather old and worn. The hot springs were fantastic."
