The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night. Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections

Good location and a quiet oasis with a nice pool, well manicured gardens and pedestrian rooms that have seen better days, but still just about pass muster. The gym is an ancient relic...broken machines, no water or aircon... they need to fix this. Breakfast was very good... and staff officious but friendly. Little annoyances like, ”we can only spare one extra pillow, not two” are more funny than anything else. One for any shortlist when visiting Hoi An.

This guesthouse ticks a lot of boxes on paper, and we were pleased to find out that was also the case in reality. Good location for walking into the old town in a quiet street with very little traffic and nice, modern rooms with all the features you would expect of a significantly more expensive hotel. And a large, shaded swimming pool. The service was excellent and the included breakfast was very good, including making some tasty vegan dishes for us. When one of us became ill, the owner called ahead to the local medical clinic and arranged a taxi to take us there. The care at the clinic was also excellent. Our first room faced over a neighbour’s property with persistent, early rising roosters, so we changed to a room overlooking the courtyard/pool instead. Contrary to some of the other reviews, my recommendation is to request a room overlooking the pool as this was much quieter. The beds were firm but comfortable. We didn’t have any problem with too much light entering the room that another reviewer mentioned. The last two nights we had no hot water. This may have been as simple as it not being switched on and we didn’t follow it up as the weather was so warm.

It was very beautiful and comfortable. The location was great and it was great to see the city of Hoi An from the balcony! There was a little sound, but it was quite quiet and I didn't care at all. It was only a difficulty that the bed comforter was not allowed with a thin cloth like a sheet and the drain of the shower room was clogged, but there was the minimum necessary facilities, and it was clean and sufficient anyway. It can be recommended for women. There is no elevator, but there was a cargo elevator and it was fun. Then, the facilities 々 were all very kind and really good! I want to see you again! I want to use it when I come to Hoi An again!
