"We stayed at the Holyhead Travelodge last weekend as we wanted to see some of the Christmas markets and visit friends that had recently relocated to the area. The location on the hotel was perfect for what we needed, it was central to everywhere we had planned to go to. We had a minor issue with the room however this was dealt with efficiently and did not affect our stay at all. Every memeber of staff we encountered were amazing, friendly and helpful. My son has a variety of needs including autism and every member of staff was amazing with him. They acknowledged him as a person and spoke to him like they would any other guest. This for us is a really important thing as we don’t always have that experience within the wider community and this has definitely influenced our decision to return to this hotel in the future. The value for money was brilliant as we had booked quite far ahead of time. They don’t have a restaurant on site but they have a lot of local restaurants locally so this isn’t an issue at all. They also offer breakfast boxes if you wish to have one of those instead. Everywhere was very clean, we had an early check in and our room was ready prior to us arriving. Being next to a major road there was little external noise and you couldn’t hear anyone from inside your room. We would definitely recommend and we will be returning."

"I am very grateful to this homestay because I missed the train, so it was already more than 9pm when I made the two transfers from Chester to Hollyhead, during which they emailed me and forgot to check on the train. The boss seems to be Indonesian, but very friendly, arranged a room for me, had to take a boat early in the morning, so it was not their breakfast time, he brought me milk, all kinds of cereals, juice, fruit. . . When the snacks, just put the keys in the room when you leave. For me, it is snow to send charcoal, if you want to spend the night in Hollyhead, you can go to their home, this town is not big, there are some small shops in the town center to solve the problem of food and clothing, the town house is quite distinctive."

"Mieliśmy uroczy pobyt w Haven Guest House przed wczesnym promem! Pokój był czysty, przestronny i wygodny z dobrą łazienką i mielismy wentylator, aby pokonać letnie ciepło. Dobrze położony dla centrum miasta, zaledwie 5 minut jazdy od terminala promowego i łatwy dojazd do boku marina, jak również (około dziesięć minut spacerem). Nie mogliśmy parkować poza Haven (nie wystarczająco miejsca, aby pozostać), ale jest bardzo przystępny parking (Stanley) tuż obok z dużą ilością miejsca. Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt przed wycieczką promową - jesteśmy tylko smutni, że nasz prom wyjechał za wcześnie, aby przetestować śniadanie!"
