Cavite Homestays

Selected this home stay for a family weekend before attending the wedding. The Homestead is very newly built. You can see the bathroom the kitchen and the sofa are all new. Most importantly the owner is very friendly. The owner help us to arrange a taxi to Manila airport, even we change the time, couple of time. She still remain very patient. The facility come with the outdoor spa the outdoor BBQ and they have everything you need for a weekend family trip inside the house well equipped kitchen all kind of board games, et cetera.

First off, I highly commend the guest service of the owner/staff as they have responded quickly to our queries and resolved our concerns immediately. Also, the place is clean and orderly, and the necessary equipment are functional. Overall, great experience.

Ok lang namn yung area but i was expecting na merong balcony and taal view siya, hindi pala… but its ok namn.. accurate lang sana yung nasa picture since yun ang reference namin kapag nagbobook dito. Anyways nag enjoy parin namn po

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again.

Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room. Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall.

Great stay with tons to do! Consoles helped, but WiFi was missed. Good host gave a refund.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Friendly and accommodating staffs. The place is so quite that is suitable for people like me who wants peace of mind. Since I book it on a Sunday, I could barely see other guests around and it felt like I booked the entire property 😅. Overall, a good experience.

One for the budget solo traveller. Basic room, with tv and aircon. I noticed that you can hear noise when someone walks along or arrived at the hallway. Tagaytay weather is very cold, no hot and cold shower but the room has electric kettle, so i boiled water before taking a bath :) There are few eateries outside serving goto and lomi. From the hiway ,its a slight long walk from the bus stop to this transient home. Overall enjoyed my stay because its budget friendly
