Really nice villa. Great stay for relaxing Owners hospitality were beyind the expected. Warm, friendly, very attentive, very caring and extremely helpful. Villa was very well upkept, super clean. Villa was very spacious and well set. The personal hotspring in the Villa is itself is superb making it very personalized. Hotspring was very well kept, clean and hygiene. Highly recommended for stay. Great place without saying. Not too difficult to access to as well

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wooded Homestay! The owner is incredibly down-to-earth and kind, and we didn’t even realize she owned the place until she told us, which made her even more endearing. The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained, and it was lovely to see the ladies gardening and taking care of the property throughout the day. Our room was immaculate, and the snacks were a delightful touch. The painting activity was so calming and charming. Even with a small language barrier, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The owner even upgraded us to a better room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise—we truly appreciated it. All the staff, especially the person who checked us in, were incredibly sweet and caring, even carrying our heavy luggage to our room in the heat. You can really feel the love and pride everyone puts into their work, and the whole atmosphere is warm, cheerful, and inviting. There is some nice malls nearby! Which the staff can kindly advise you on, and downloading DIDI makes it so much cheaper and easier to transport to these places!! We wholeheartedly recommend the Wooded Homestay to anyone, even as a foreigner. It felt like a little home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back! :3

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed with our 4 year old and 6 month old and had a blast hiking at Baishuizhai, going to the nearby water park, and playing in the water at Dafengmen. It was a great location and we went with 3 other families. The hotel itself is a great place to go with a group, we played together at the water and kids had a blast playing ping pong, looking at the animals, playing at the playground and trampoline. We stayed for 4 days and usually did something in the morning then just played at the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel owners were really lovely and helpful. They had a WeChat and were very helpful with all of our questions. I speak some Chinese and had a car so it was very easy for me, my friends just took Didi's and used WeChat to communicate and it was fine! The beds were very comfortable and the hot springs were fun. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet and was totally fine, if you are a foreigner I only suggest bringing coffee if you need it, otherwise everything is very convenient. We really loved our stay there 😍

Our stay was very enjoyable. The Swiss themed loft was lovely; spacious, quaint, clean and all appliances were functioning. Pictures are accurate. The private onsen was nice. The temperature gauge wasn’t working though. The outdoor space around the onsen, especially the tired and stained walls, can be a little cleaner but it didn’t damper the experience. The staff were brilliant. 小李 at reception was very helpful. The fondue we preordered wasn’t available but he arranged for a replacement hotpot swiftly. When I left my key inside, one message on WeChat and he was at the door within minutes. 阿寶 at the restaurant was also superb. She was very attentive and proactive. Service is 100/100. Would certainly return!

Beforehand, seeing the price of ”Sushanfang” made me a little apprehensive, worried it wouldn't be good value for money. But after checking in, all my concerns vanished – it was absolutely a perfect experience, well worth the price! First, I must praise the service. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. For us pet-friendly travelers, it was paradise! The guesthouse is extremely pet-friendly; dog poop bags and trash cans were everywhere, a thoughtful touch that made us feel very safe. The room's view was simply unbeatable! Opening the door, a vast expanse of vibrant forest greeted us – it was like a painting. The overall landscaping of the guesthouse was beautifully designed, with scenic views everywhere, and the air filled with the scent of nature. Some reviews mentioned the bedding was just average, but during my stay, I found the mattress to be perfectly firm, and there were two pillow options, making for a very comfortable sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious; the air conditioning was excellent, providing the perfect temperature even in the mountains. This stay was a perfect 100, and I would definitely choose Sushanfang again next time!

Nice place I am lucky to stay at Blk 7 near the hot spring entrance the room is nice and spacious walk about 5 mins out there are a few a local home cook restaurants price is reasonable and nice big potions

Last week I booked a 3-day stay at the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel for myself through Trip.Com. Though there were few photos of the hotel available, the descriptions and reviews convinced me that this might be a good choice for me—but all I can say, is that the praises and kudos that I read are all understatements of what I found there! I arrived before check in Monday and was greatly assisted by Chen Yunsi, the on-duty butler. My requested upgrade was easily processed and all questions answered clearly. (With electronic translators—as my Putonghua is non-existent! When a problem in the room arose, the maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the problem without delay. I found that the massage therapists for complementary neck and shoulder treatments are very effective—but if you prefer wimpy neck rubs, such as not place for you! The buffet breakfast is combination of Chinese and “westernish” food and drink. Options for coffee were quite limited. A personal situation arose on the third morning, and I was required to leave one day early. Although the situation could easily have become stressful, with the assistance and cooperation of on-duty staff (including: Ke Yan, Cheng Min, Li Min, and Fei Long), I was able to check out, receive my local refund for the upgrade, and also receive my my Trip.com credit fairly quickly. All in all, I found the facilities to be of good quality, condition, and cleanliness; the staff to be exceptionally thoughtful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel and hope to return there with my husband sometime.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
