„What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.”

„Celebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace. As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too. In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction. The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine. Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close. Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service.”

„I am a foreigner, and this accommodation has been very pleasant. The breakfast is one of the best at a hotel I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious, and the coffee is really good and aromatic. The staff are friendly and kind, the room is aesthetic and well-presented. It is a bit small, but it is enough. The bookstore below creates a homely and cozy vibe, and I would like to come back again in the future. Certainly an experience which is value for money!”

„我們是兩家一共四大兩小出行定了一整棟別墅的晚楓樓房型。 別墅本身不算大，但是佈局還挺合理且温馨。首先衞生間數量足夠，一共有三個，每個都不大，但是確保了每一層和每個房間都有配套的衞生間。最棒的是別墅配置齊全，兼顧大人和小孩的需求。有小孩可以泡的泳池，以及大人可以玩的麻將桌。還有老少皆宜的投影。而且冰箱裏的mini bar都是可以免費享用的，這點真的是很良心的。 房間的硬件配套選品也是不錯的。比如吹風機是戴森的，淋浴噴頭是toto的，出水也比較大，床墊也還算舒服。其他的軟裝則側重在色彩搭配上，選品相對普通一點，另外馬桶不是智能的，這點略遺憾。 最滿意的是民宿周邊的外部環境，有溪流，有遊步道，很適合度假放鬆，並且和民宿一起組合出現的還有村裡的公益書房，咖啡店，配套餐廳的菜做的也好吃。孩子有可以看書，抓魚以及玩耍的地方，大人和小孩都可以各自得到身心放鬆的好地方。 很幸運的我們還在夕陽時刻，捕捉到了翠鳥的身影😄。”

„第二次來慈城，這次打算住2晚，比較了幾家後決定入住慈府，果然沒選錯！ 老宅改建得簡直不要太棒，古典的外觀搭配現代化住宿，修舊如舊，必須點贊👍 花園美如夢，老闆娘親自打理的，各種美美的花，綠植，小擺設，景觀，看得出花了非常多的心思，簡直太喜歡了💕 房間夠大，衞生搞得很乾凈，愛了愛了😍 評論區裏的小缺點也是有的，比如老房子不夠隔音，一樓自帶花園會有小蟲。但是我是覺得都可以接受……”

„The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand”

„After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.”

„酒店在山頂視眼開闊，風景很好，房間大落地窗，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，戴森吹風機，大浴缸，入住當天接待的兩位小哥哥很熱情服務特別好，還幫忙升級房間，入住當晚還送晚安糖水，提前預約早餐還幫忙送到房間這點特別人性化，帶着孩子起床就能吃到美味的早餐，晚餐也可在酒店餐廳吃，菜品味道很贊。河蝦和土雞湯好喝！！！ 最喜歡酒店山頂的無邊泳池，孩子玩得很開心，有機會再來玩”

„I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.”
