I also got a gift for personal pictures, and I got amazing pictures for myself. The all stuff of hotel so kindness and respectful people they really care about guests. It is better to go here by car, the hotel is located near all the beautiful places, you can walk to them, but it will be more convenient by car. But there was no buffet for breakfast, but they brought food in beautiful packaging”

„I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!”

„The hotel is great and definitely recommended for visiting. The staff are friendly and helpful (especially many thanks to Leo), the location is convenient, and nature is absolutely fantastic. Either you choose to soak in the hot spring or walk around, it will be worth it. Nearby the hotel, I’d recommend to climb up to the Shangyun Temple, the views along the way are very beautiful.”

Dobra postawa: od personelu z recepcji do restauracji, obsługa jest dobra, reagując w odpowiednim czasie, czuć się przyjazny. 2. Środowisko jest dobre: Hotel znajduje się w turystycznych miejscach w Hot Springs, otoczenie naturalne nie jest widoczne, drzewa są otoczone, powietrze jest czyste, co jest głównym powodem wyboru. 3. Świetna klimatyka: restauracja jest czysta i wygodna, a jadanie jest doskonałe (ale są robale). Niedociągnięcia do poprawy: 1. Bardzo poważne problemy z owadami (kręgowe bóle): To najgorsze doświadczenie w tym sesji. Kiedy śpisz w nocy, w pokoju często widać owadów, które śpią w ”robaku”. Najstraszniejsze jest to, że owadów spada z sufitu czasami! Nie śpimy całą noc, a robak chwycił ponad 20 węży, co jest nie do przyjęcia. 2. Nieznane częściowe podpowiedź o opłatach: nie zgłoszono w czasie pobytu, a później, po wyjściu, napisano, że jednorazowe ręczniki wymagają opłaty. Takie dodatkowe opłaty powinny być wyraźnie informowane przez recepcję lub w bardziej wyraźnej pozycji, aby uniknąć niepokoju, które powoduje ”niewidzialne spożycie” dla gości. 3. Najlepsze szczegóły: kurczak w restauracji smakuje dobrze, ale jest trochę odmienny, mam nadzieję, że pokus będzie trochę dostosowany. Podsumowanie i zalecenie: Przybywam do źródła, ale niestety nie śpią przez całą noc z powodu problemów z owadami. Hotel jest doskonały w łagodnym serwisie, ale jest dużo miejsca na podnoszenie twardych wskaźników zdrowotnych w pokoju, zwłaszcza w zakresie ochrony przed owadami i przejrzystości opłat. Jeśli rozwiążemy problem owadów, to będzie to dobry wybór na wypoczynek.”
