The breakfast was just average, with limited variety, and the wontons were rather perfunctory. It's also difficult to get a taxi from the hotel; it takes about half an hour to hail one, so driving is the best option, as the hotel is located in the mountains and is not easy to drive through. The service was excellent. Fiona was professional and enthusiastic, constantly sending WeChat messages to check on me and help me throughout my stay. She was very warm and attentive. Another lovely lady, Zhenzhen, helped me get to the station when I couldn't get a taxi; it was incredibly heartwarming. The hot spring was very comfortable, quiet, and offered excellent privacy, making it a perfect weekend getaway. I experienced five-star service at this hotel! I would definitely come back next time!
