„Przyjechałem tu z rodziną i przyjaciółmi na Nowy Rok. Dwa pokoje zarezerwowaliśmy już w styczniu, a później dołożyliśmy kolejne dwa. Zaskoczyło mnie, że nawet podczas Nowego Roku nie było aż tak dużo ludzi korzystających z kąpieli i sauny, jak się spodziewałem. Dojazd samochodem do Chuansha był dla nas również bardzo wygodny. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje rodzinne i dwa pokoje z łóżkiem podwójnym, rozmieszczone w różnych częściach. Pokoje dwuosobowe to właściwie pokoje rodzinne, przeznaczone dla 2 dorosłych i 1 dziecka. Pierwszą zasadą przy wejściu jest zdjęcie butów, więc całe miejsce jest bardzo czyste, bo wszyscy chodzą boso, haha! Wcześniej korzystałem z sauny w centrum miasta, ale tym razem przyjechaliśmy na Chiński Nowy Rok, żeby się spotkać i od dawna nie byliśmy w saunie, więc postanowiliśmy się rozerwać. Rodzice byli bardzo zadowoleni, bo gotowanie w ich domu podczas Nowego Roku jest dość męczące. Lepiej po prostu wyjść z całą rodziną, zjeść, napić się i dobrze się bawić.😃 Podwieczorek: Całkiem niezły! Każdy pokój miał go w zestawie. Transfer autokarowy jest bardzo wygodny dla tych, którzy go potrzebują!”

„I chose this hotel near Disneyland because it looked like the cleanest option, and it definitely exceeded my expectations—it is incredibly premium and spotless! I stayed for one night and found the hot spring facilities to be fantastic. There’s also a beautiful field of yellow flowers nearby, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll. The pickup service to and from Disneyland was also very convenient and made my trip much easier. The rooms are spacious with plenty of privacy, and the overall landsc”

„The location of this hotel is good because it is near to the airport (PVG) about 20mins and the room is so big. Although the spring is the famous facility, it is only service afternoon which means customers should not expect to enjoy the spring at anytime. There is not many mall and tourist spots near to the hotel and it just like countryside of Shanghai which is quiet and far from city. The service officer is nice but some facilities is not enough like charger of cellphone.”

„The place is conveniently located near the bund and convenient to get around in the city. The breakfast served was good and they even have tea time and supper too. Room is clean and big and also comfy.”

„For the price, this hotel was great - room was large, clean and provided simple necessities. You can control the room temperature. Location was perfect for us, arriving via Pudong Airport and departing via a Didi to Shanghai International Resort stop on the Shiyu line to Hongqiao Railway station. There is a nearby mall with everything you need. Breakfast was provided but it’s not very good - things were a bit cold. TV was large but unless you have the correct apps you only had one channel to watch, everything else was locked on the TV box (the free selection was not that good). There was one washing machine and one dryer. Staff helped us remove the items when people left their clothes unattended. You can book shuttles to Disneyland but I did not use this service. Overall not bad - amazing price so can’t ask for more!”

„First of all, I want to thank Manager Peter for upgrading our room to Executive Room. It gave us an excellent stay and experience. He was very helpful considering he's the only one who can speak English. He even helped us with our Taobao orders, online food cravings, etc. Even when he's on leave, the other receptionist was calling him and let him talk to us in English. He didn't have to do that since it's late at night but still, we appreciate it. Pros: 1. The Executive room was huge. 2. Variety of breakfast at the hotel and the One Step Restaurant that serve western food. 3. You can do your laundry for free. 4. Make-up room service was consistent and gave us generous amount of water bottles. 5. The whole vibe of the hotel was light and positive. 6. Smart toilet. 7. The hotel area was huge and full of trees, we didn't mind staying at the hotel for a whole day because of how relqxing it was. 8. With fresh towels everyday and the room jas a dyson hairdryer. Cons: 1. Only one person can communicate in straight english but app translate works. 2. The location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station but since the fare was cheap, we didn't mind at all. 3. Other than the restaurant, there is no convenience store nearby so buying food might be a struggle. Make sure you buy food/snacks before going back at the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend the hotel because of the service and the amenities. Thank you for the upgrade and youe service, Peter. 😊”

„I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️”

„Pnącza zwisały ze ścian, rzucając bujną zieleń; w holu serwowano chłodną herbatę; a z krętych ścieżek unosiły się kłęby pary. To był pokój, który specjalnie wybrałem dla mojego starszego brata – dwupoziomowy pokój z tatami, wypełniony aromatem kadzidła i ozdobiony kilkoma tradycyjnymi chińskimi obrazami. Wpatrywał się w jeden z nich, wskazując na maleńkiego świerszcza na obrazie i wykrzykując: „Jaki realistyczny!”. Pokój nazywał się „Samoobserwacja” i emanował spokojem niczym zen. W wolnym czasie mógł moczyć się w gorących źródłach i słuchać buddyjskich śpiewów; ulica była tuż na dole. Po ósmej wieczorem panowała cisza. Kierowca powiedział, że kiedyś ta okolica tętniła życiem, ale teraz większość sklepów była zamknięta, a tylko jeden mały bar wciąż działał. Na szczęście w pobliżu znajdowało się kilka galerii handlowych, co czyniło to miejsce dobrym miejscem na ucieczkę od letniego upału. Myślałem, że maluch nie będzie się tym przejmował, ale gdy tylko weszliśmy do hotelu, zaczął się wszędzie kręcić. Odwrócił się do mnie, opowiadając o innych pokojach i o tym, co było wyjątkowego w tym. Posunął się nawet do tego, że umył imbryk i naczynia, nalał herbaty i podał mi owsiankę. Sposób, w jaki uniósł brwi, przypomniał mi jego ojca z młodości. Basen z gorącymi źródłami, z parującą, gorącą wodą, działał niesamowicie kojąco. Przebieralnie były wyposażone w różnorodne stroje Hanfu (tradycyjne stroje han). Chociaż był tam profesjonalny serwis fotograficzny, wolałem znaleźć odpowiednie kąty i zrobić zdjęcia samemu. Światło i cienie padające na okapy i korytarze tworzyły wspaniałą atmosferę. Od projektu po układ, każdy krok ujawniał przemyślane detale. Mój brat uwielbiał to miejsce. W powietrzu unosił się aromat drzewa sandałowego zmieszanego z bylicą. Zanurzył się w basenie z gorącymi źródłami, niechętnie wychodząc, a jego skóra przybrała różowoczerwony odcień. Ten cichy zakątek pośród zgiełku i zamieszania jest idealnym miejscem na pobyt w podróży.”

„Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages. In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))”

„環境清幽，古風古樸的庭院設計，進入大廳撲面而來的是日系復古的風格，大門口是和服穿搭體驗，不過是需要租借的，但是在院子裏面拍照很有氛圍感，院子裏面還可以喂兔子餵魚，還有一個奶牛貓可以擼，服務人員工作很熱情，到房間還贈送果盒到房間，五顏六色的水果（藍莓，柿子，聖女果，香梨等）看起來就讓人心情愉悦，最近他們家還有活動，到店可以參加免費體驗的課程，聽小管家説早上可以到院子練瑜伽，拍八虛和八段錦，中午可以體驗頌缽療愈，下午就是喝茶，體驗感很強，餓了旁邊就是日料餐廳，比較正宗的日料，可以品嚐一下，吃飽喝足之後回房間繼續泡湯，泡湯還準備了入浴劑和湯池袋，乾淨又衞生，強烈推薦入住”
