We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hospitality was outstanding, with staff who were consistently attentive and highly responsive. Communication via WeChat was seamless and made every request quick and convenient. A major highlight was the complimentary Disneyland shuttle service, which made our visit effortless and significantly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel also provides a one time complimentary airport transfer, which was a thoughtful and valuable addition. The laundry service was particularly impressive. Not only are clothes carefully washed, but they are also dried and returned, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. The location is another strong advantage. There are numerous dining options within walking distance, making it easy to find a variety of food at any time. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and a strategic location made our stay truly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and confidently recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is good — we liked it. The room matches the photos. It has everything you need, except that tea and coffee were not replenished during cleaning. There is a free shared laundry on the floor (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and laundry detergent is available for free at the front desk. The soundproofing of the walls is excellent, but not so much at the door — you can hear what’s going on in the hallway. The toilet has a heated seat, the shower water reaches the desired temperature instantly, and there’s a fridge. We didn’t try the breakfasts, so I can’t comment on them. Cons: the air conditioner works a bit strangely — it’s weak during the day, but at night, even if set to +27°C with the fan on low, we ended up freezing after a couple of hours. The beds are slightly smaller than a standard double, but it was enough for us. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they responded promptly to all our questions and requests using a translator. There are several cafés and shops nearby, so everything you need is close. The nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. (Room was ”Zhenxuan Enjoyment Suite”)

My family have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years but we will not be staying here again. The biggest issue is that there is no wifi connection in communal areas or in own rooms. The staff tried a little to help us but blamed it on foreign phones - even though the phones were bought in China and used a Chinese version in WeChat and had Chinese SIM cards. There is also construction next to the hotel which can be heard every morning. We were supposed to stay for another week but were so frustrated that we cancelled the booking and went to another hotel. Such a shame.

Bardzo dobry hostel. Świetnie położony przy centrum prowadzącym do Bundu. Na dole świetna przestrzeń wspólna, można też zamówić śniadanie, alkohole, kawę - wszystko jest na miejscu, jeżeli już będzie się miało dosyć egzotyki Chin i będzie się chciało po prostu odpocząć, rozmawiając z innymi podróżnikami. Dużo cudzoziemców, można wymienić się doświadczeniami. W łazienkach szampon i żel do kąpieli dostępny bez opłaty, na czwartym piętrze pralka i proszek też dostępne standardowo bez opłaty. W pokojach sporo miejsca i dużo lokersy. Jednocześnie trzeba pamiętać że to jest duży hostel więc tam jest dużo ludzi. Ogólnie, zdecydowanie polecam.

Doskonały hotel, mieliśmy pokrycie, transfer jest darmowy, po prostu trzeba uzgodnić termin z góry. Jest sklep obok hotelu, jest kilka kawiarni. Pokój ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, suszarkę do włosów, herbatę, kawę. Doskonały prysznic i koce i gościnny personel

Obsługa była bardzo dobra! Pokój był bardzo czysty. Lokalizacja jest w porządku, nie blisko centrum miasta, ale blisko dworca kolejowego, z którego korzystam. Nasza 6-osobowa rodzina zarezerwowała 3 pokoje na łącznie 5 nocy. Podczas zameldowania pierwszego dnia hotel przydzielił nam wszystkie 3 pokoje na 4. piętrze. Czwarte piętro to piętro, do którego nie można dojechać windą. Musisz wjechać windą na 3. piętro i dojść do samego końca. To bardzo daleko. Następnie wejdź po schodach na 4. piętro. Pokój ten znajdował się obok hotelowej kuchni. O 4:00 rano przychodził kucharz i było bardzo głośno. Codziennie słyszę odgłosy gotowania. Nadal nie chcę się obudzić, muszę się obudzić. Warunki w pokojach są standardowe dla hoteli ogólnych. Pokój na 4. piętrze jest bardzo wąski. Kiedy przenieśliśmy się do pokoju 8239, pokój był znacznie szerszy. My husband and I live in Shanghai but we had a few days off of work so we came to stay here for a little staycation. We had a wonderful time, The location is really close to the Wild animal park, Disney and Shanghai village. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, we felt really welcome the whole time. The pool is lovely and the outside area looks so beautiful at night with all the fairy lights. We really liked our room and the terrace outside. Overall it is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!
