„The place is in quite bad condition and the staff very unfriendly. I read on Google that they would take your phone to leave a great review with it so I refused to give it to them. He still “needed to take a picture of my booking info because being short sightseeing” but then could read my translation app no problem… The room itself was good and the shuttle came to bring me to the airport (just a couple minutes late). The elevator stops one floor before the rooms so I almost left my suitcase downstairs but all the suitcases there were absolutely empty… it made me feel like they try to have people believe that they can leave they luggage down for the night but not with the best intentions. Regardless, I decided to bring it up and carry it in the stairs to feel better overnight. Cheap and okay room for one night near the airport, that’s all.”

„This hotel's main advantage is its proximity to Disneyland, making it an excellent base for a Disney trip. Since we weren't spending much time in the room during the day, just returning to sleep at night, it offered great value for money from that perspective. The facilities are average. The hotel has three floors; rooms on the ends have windows, while those in the middle have 'dark windows' that face the hallway. The rooms are densely packed, and it seems to attract a lot of international guests, so it doesn't feel very spacious, and the smell wasn't great. Cleanliness was just okay. However, the surrounding area is quite good. Again, for a Disney stopover, it's perfect. The hotel provides shuttle services from Huaxia East Road subway station, to Pudong Airport, and scheduled transfers to Disneyland. It also includes two breakfasts daily, and they're quite flexible about kids joining. Considering all this, the price is incredibly reasonable – you really can't ask for more. It's just what you need to shower and get a good night's rest after a long day. Upon checkout, the front desk even offers complimentary small Disney keychains, which is a nice touch. The amenities around the hotel are excellent: there's a mall across the street with a KFC, a Xi'an-style BBQ place nearby, and a Meiyijia convenience store. Dining and shopping options are plentiful and convenient. The hotel also rents strollers that can be taken directly onto the Disney shuttle bus. This makes it super easy to push your child around the park, and it's 30 RMB cheaper than the official park rental (60 RMB vs. 90 RMB for a larger stroller from the hotel). From this viewpoint, as a hotel for a Disney trip, it's definitely worth recommending. Just don't expect too much beyond that.”

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hospitality was outstanding, with staff who were consistently attentive and highly responsive. Communication via WeChat was seamless and made every request quick and convenient. A major highlight was the complimentary Disneyland shuttle service, which made our visit effortless and significantly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel also provides a one time complimentary airport transfer, which was a thoughtful and valuable addition. The laundry service was particularly impressive. Not only are clothes carefully washed, but they are also dried and returned, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. The location is another strong advantage. There are numerous dining options within walking distance, making it easy to find a variety of food at any time. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and a strategic location made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel is good — we liked it. The room matches the photos. It has everything you need, except that tea and coffee were not replenished during cleaning. There is a free shared laundry on the floor (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and laundry detergent is available for free at the front desk. The soundproofing of the walls is excellent, but not so much at the door — you can hear what’s going on in the hallway. The toilet has a heated seat, the shower water reaches the desired temperature instantly, and there’s a fridge. We didn’t try the breakfasts, so I can’t comment on them. Cons: the air conditioner works a bit strangely — it’s weak during the day, but at night, even if set to +27°C with the fan on low, we ended up freezing after a couple of hours. The beds are slightly smaller than a standard double, but it was enough for us. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they responded promptly to all our questions and requests using a translator. There are several cafés and shops nearby, so everything you need is close. The nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. (Room was ”Zhenxuan Enjoyment Suite”)

My family have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years but we will not be staying here again. The biggest issue is that there is no wifi connection in communal areas or in own rooms. The staff tried a little to help us but blamed it on foreign phones - even though the phones were bought in China and used a Chinese version in WeChat and had Chinese SIM cards. There is also construction next to the hotel which can be heard every morning. We were supposed to stay for another week but were so frustrated that we cancelled the booking and went to another hotel. Such a shame.

Nasza 6-osobowa rodzina zarezerwowała 3 pokoje na łącznie 5 nocy. Podczas zameldowania pierwszego dnia hotel przydzielił nam wszystkie 3 pokoje na 4. piętrze.
