„Środowisko hotelu jest bardzo przyjemne. Zaraz po wejściu do lobby podają mi herbatę. Obsługa na recepcji jest świetna, a ogólnie serwis jest doskonały. Wyposażenie pokoi jest bardzo inteligentne; robot dostarcza rzeczy, a telewizorem w pokoju można sterować głosem. Sprzątanie jest również bardzo dokładne. Przed lobby hotelowym znajduje się parking, a opłaty są bardzo rozsądne. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, wszędzie jest stąd łatwo dojechać.”

„Stay was very peaceful. Place was very neat, clean and beautiful. Staff is very much cooperative. Firstly I felt there was a problem with booking with trip.com, but actually it's much better then booking directly. Each n every information with contact details properly given by the trip.com. Surely I will visit again...prefer to have wechat if you don't understand Chines.”

„We are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication. The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.”

„適合週末放鬆的地方，裝修很漂亮衛生搞得很乾淨，從陽台看出去就是大海，有麻將有街機有KTV。特別誇讚這個KTV是自己有一個KTV的房間，音響很不錯新的歌也都點得到而且房間隔音相當不錯。車就停在室內車庫，電梯直達。特別滿意管家的服務，及時響應，深夜求助也馬上能幫忙，第二天還給我們延遲退房了。推薦的。”

„酒店沒有提供usb充電線，便利店可以買到超快充線，但沒有插頭賣，房間裏衹有一個位置有usb孔離床有點遠，線不夠長的。 樓梯多，有些地方梯級比較隱蔽，不適合行動不便的人，雖然有提供輪椅的，去温泉路上的梯級不算高，但如果推輪椅的話其實夠嗆，長者行動需要額外注意。 摘草莓那裡衹提供塑膠盒子，行遠路或者小孩子提去酒店非常可能破損，建議自己放厚紙巾墊一墊就沒那麼容易破了。很甜，很好吃的。 客家樓直接能室內到温泉，但要上到客家樓是要走一段樓梯的，到了客家樓就能乘電梯上下樓直接室內門穿到温泉，我上傳的那個有很大的木雕人就是電梯位置左手邊的門就是温泉。 我上傳的那個中間有很大的盆景圖片跟有圍欄的那裡是1樓2樓沒有樓梯。 獨棟有個也不用樓梯，照片裏看到一個是往下斜坡。一個有行人天橋。 温泉水每天晚上會放掉，重新來的。如果怕有客人不衞生，那就不要選擇星期五晚上至星期日和其他假期，服務員本身也很警惕，會阻止客人不衞生的行為。 景區裏的商店，游泳衣90塊錢左右，比較漂亮。拖鞋比較夾腳，洞洞鞋，可以自己買拖鞋，但是很有可能在泡温泉的時候給別人穿走，要自己留意。 我上傳的上面有粉色東西那個就是去温泉的路上。 最後我終於騎馬了😭，童年夢想，小時候就是很懵逼的被抱上去，被抱下來轉了三圈。馬匹自動導航，然後就沒了。”

„Mello is a relatively new hotel in the eastern side of Nanao in Shenzhen. Its location is not bad at all, being right by the Dongshan pier and it is a waterfront property. It markets itself as a ”South of France” destination in Shenzhen, and in terms of being inside the hotel, the ambience really is cute and sweet. There are few amenities but I did swim at the pool. The cafe is the absolute highlight, brightly lit with natural daylight and very cosy. The rooms are good and clean. They are all lined with large French windows, as the photos show. We were slightly disappointed at our view, since there is another hotel nextdoor and the metal sheet covers nextdoor show through our window. The side that shows a mountain (more like a hill) view was good enough. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the staff of Mello Hotel are dedicated to good service. When we asked, we always got what we needed. When we didn't ask, they knew what we needed and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The effort is amply shown and it is amply appreciated. I must give a personal thanks to staff member Xiaokang, who went out of his way to help us with our needs. He is a star. At the Dongshan pier, the night views are fantastic, whereas under daylight it is not as photogenic. There are not too many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there are plenty in Nanao and I recommend visitors to venture out to the restaurants with excellent reviews for food. That said, I was very satisfied with the breakfast at Mello.”

Jeśli czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, gospodarz był po prostu wiadomością i upewniał się, że jesteśmy pod dobrą opieką. Posiadanie naszych psów zapewniło nam relaksujący wypoczynek, podczas którego wszyscy mogliśmy przebywać na łonie natury, ciesząc się świeżym powietrzem i ciszą. Na pewno wrócę ponownie.”

„清晨推開落地窗，潮濕微鹹的海風撲面而來，腳下就是沙灘——真正做到了“出門即海”。白天玩累了，晚上舍不得關窗，特意留着縫隙。躺在床上，月光灑進房間，耳邊是潮水一陣陣拍打沙灘的聲音，像大自然演奏的白噪音，不知不覺就沉沉睡去，一夜無夢。 房間比想象中寬敞，乾濕分離的設計很合理。最驚艷的是露台上的大泡池，正對着一望無際的海平面。黃昏時分放滿熱水，整個人泡進去，看着夕陽把海面染成金橙色，手裡再捧杯冰飲，什麼都不想，就那麼呆呆地望着海，直到星星出來——那一刻真的覺得人間值得。 服務也很貼心。提前加了微信，發了定位和停車指南。剛到前台，管家已經在等了，幫忙提行李送到房間。晚上想在露台多待會兒，打電話問能不能加床被子，不到三分鐘就送來了，還多送了兩瓶水。”
