„Clean and well-kept hotel. Love the restaurant setting. Hawaii-theme hotel by the beach. Rate is reasonable, especially during the off-season. High season, a lot more expensive but if you love hotel by the beach with outdoor pool, medium size natural hot spring, this place is worth consideration. Great to go in early to mid February when the Kawazu sakura start to blossom along the river near the hotel - an easy 18-minute walk along the coast from hotel.”

„彼氏の誕生日旅行として予約させて頂きました！ 結論、非常によかったです！ 事前にメールでサプライズのお手伝いをして頂きたいとお送りしたところ快く引き受けて下さり提案などもして頂けました。 当日ドキドキしながら向かい、入口から暖かく迎えて下さり大変うれしかったです。 夜と朝のご飯を予約させて頂きましたが、これがなんとボリューミー！大変満足で彼も美味しいといいながらニコニコ食べておりました！ 温泉もかなりよく眺めも良くて幸せな時間だったのと サプライズの部分に関してですが 大成功でした！ スタッフの方々が協力してくださり 彼も大喜びでした！ 非常に忘れられない旅行になりました！ 幸せな時間を誠にありがとうございました！ また利用させて頂きます！”

„Piękny pokój z widokiem na morze, wyłożony japońską matą słomianą w stylu tatami, z wejściem do strefy odkurzania, oddzielną toaletą, umywalką, wanną i prysznicem. Pokój jest na tyle duży, że mogą w nim spać cztery lub pięć osób. Wszedłem tam sam i położyłem się płasko na plecach. To było bardzo relaksujące. Do gorących źródeł na dziewiątym piętrze należy wejść w szlafrokach. Termalne źródła są nieco przestarzałe, trzeba je obsługiwać samemu. Najlepiej wybrać się z przyjacielem. Na dziewiątym piętrze jest zbyt cicho, żeby widzieć ludzi, trochę... Wady: Hotel znajduje się między stacjami Atagawa i Inatori, około 1,2 km od stacji Atagawa. Droga prowadzi w dół, wzdłuż morza. Trudno ciągnąć bagaż. W pobliżu hotelu nie ma restauracji ani sklepów spożywczych. W nocy jest bardzo ciemno, gdy schodzi się na dół, nie ma oświetlenia ulicznego, nie warto wychodzić. Najlepiej kupić jedzenie i wodę z wyprzedzeniem. Hotel oferuje samochód, który odbierze gości ze stacji, ale trzeba to zgłosić w recepcji.”

„Overall the location was great and there was a direct sea view from most of the rooms and the onsen. Some of the facilities are slightly dated. Whilst it is very costly, i do feel overall that stay was still within expectations. The biggest disappointment for me was the dinner where the steam fish served was not as fresh. Despite the feedback provided to the hotel, they could not do any service recovery and simply kept repeating that they could not do anything. This goes against the great Japanese service I have always encountered everywhere I go in Japan”

„這次南伊豆旅行選擇的民宿，離市中心不遠 服務：下午三點之後開始接待，可以待客泊車，還有迎賓飲料，服務小哥特別熱情，感覺遊客不多，看我們有點激動特別好 環境：因為是四人家庭遊，經理幫我們升級了更大的房間，十分感謝，環境很好安靜且乾淨，房間的小點心也好吃 衞生：雖然有年代感但是都打掃特別乾淨，還可以預訂鋪床時間，大眾澡堂也很乾凈，特別舒服 設施：大眾澡堂特別舒服，出來喝一杯啤酒太快樂了，人也不多，這次衹訂了早餐，種類多也好吃，飯店一樓有小吧枱也可以喝咖啡。 總之：特別熱情的民宿！感受到了鄉下玩樂的樂趣，老爺爺老奶奶好可愛！！！”

„這個酒店衹給三鑽太低了，至少應該值四鑽的。 真沒想到不到400就能住到這麼好的一個度假酒店。 如果用四鑽酒店的標準來看的話，美中不足是沒有提供投幣式洗衣機，此外客房房間需手動反鎖，不會自動鎖門。 設施：度假酒店該有的基本都有：自助餐，室內温泉，室外游泳池等。浴衣免費提供。 環境：客房都正對松崎海水浴場，開窗就是海景，晚上在浪聲中入睡。 服務：可以匹配四鑽級酒店的優秀的服務。”

„We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。 スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。”

„Two families with a total of six people, including children, chose to stay in a suite at this hotel. The room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to run around. The hotel's hot spring hours are quite long, and the outdoor area of the hot spring offers sea views. The only downside is that the shuttle bus from the station to the hotel stops running at 5:30 PM.”
