„Overall the stay itself was fine, and the hotel served its purpose. As a Rewards member, I was okay with my choice. The location was of course excellent, being next door to the main train station. There were three supermarkets on the underpass leading through the station, plus a couple eateries. As all tracks had an escalator, elevator and stairs entrance on the underpass, it took 3-4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the stairs and into the underpass and onto each track. Service by both receptionists was overall pleasant and helpful. Althuogh the breakfast was okay, it was not a price-to-quality/quantity equality. Management of Intercity Hotels needs to understand just how many very nice, high-quality and affordable hotels are in the area, and bring down the price of the breakast. While I want the convenience of breakfast in the hotel, I had two cups of coffee, a little bit of scrambled eggs, one small sausage and two pieces of toast....and paid 22 euro (tax included) for the privilege. If you're seriously hungry and want to eat a lot and also sneakily take sandwiches on rolls with you and stock up on the pastries, then it's worth it. It would be nice if there was a second price option for those having a very small amount to eat. It's not difficult to control. Rooms facing the street were very quiet.”

„The hotel has a good amenities including coffee maker and electrickettle, teabags and coffe, water, small fridge. The location was good. There was no reception there but evwrything went smoothly, i had a question and sent them a message on whatsapp and i got a response almost quickly.”
