"We booked 2 rooms one month ago.Upon arriving , the receptionist ( a woman ) told us that there is no reservation and that they don't have any rooms eventhough the travel agency confirmed the booking with them one month ahead. The reception was impolite and rude . We witnessed that several customers had the exact same experience . I do not recommend this place to anyone. ( AC is off in the reception , customers complaining about water leaks in their rooms but no action was taken)"

"Our stay at Dar Lola was quick, but it was just so nice. Small… quaint… comfortable… with great bathrooms… and an incredible host!!! Rooftop and the cats were more highlights! We unfortunately didn’t get to try breakfast, but can only assume it was great. Excellent location as well!"

"Our tour guide booked this hotel for us... it was all we wanted & a whole lot more.. 400+ years old... fabulous location.. awesome staff and great food.. loved our stay there.. ( only mind your heads... my poor husband kept walking into the curved low ceilings "

"this is a lovely heritage building in the very centre of the pedestrianised souk - an oasis of quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast continental, the rooms attractively decorated with tiled bed plinths and lower walls. its central location means it's easy to nip back to whilst you're in the souk area. lovely patio for sitting reading."
