The shower room in the bathroom leaks, and water leaks everywhere when taking a shower. There are only cloth slippers, no rubber ones, so the slippers get wet. Thirdly, I don't know if it's the lobby manager or the boss who works at the front desk, but the woman's attitude is bad. I work in a travel hotel, and when guests make reasonable and legal requests, I cannot say no to them. They don't deserve to be called Starway Hotel"
