The in-room treehouse became my child's exclusive secret hideaway; they were constantly climbing up and down, absolutely delighted. The most magical moment, however, happened in the early morning. My little one made eye contact with them through the glass, and that kind of wondrous encounter with animals is just indescribable. Of course, the hotel's thoughtfulness went far beyond that. The snacks and drinks provided in the room were all my child's favorites – such a precise and thoughtful 'feeding' strategy. What's more, the hotel staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. No matter what issues we encountered, they were always quick to offer warm assistance, making the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. This trip wasn't just about staying in a hotel for a night; it felt more like stepping into a magical fairy tale."
