„會師樓大酒店，四星又四鑽，但設施老化且維護不及時，管理不科學不標準不靈活，對入住客户服務很一般！我們下午4:00左右入住酒店，給我安排的第一個房間衞生間下水堵塞，導致淋浴房漏水、衞生間發大水，工作人員修不好，經反覆交涉給我換到了隔壁的房間，但這個房間電話故障，工作人員又修不好，耽誤了好長時間，我們又餓又累又冷，又給我們換到對面的一個房間，這時都下午6:00左右了，我們兩個小時左右不能正常入住，又冷又餓又心情不好，總之入住體驗太差太差！這不應該是四星級酒店之所為！好的地方：早餐品種多、有特色、質量好！總結：這個酒店陳舊、落後、不能與時俱進、不能科學管理、不擅長為顧客着想，不注重顧客體驗，與同行業同星級酒店差距太大！”

„除了超級滿意這個詞，我真想不到用什麼詞來代替，房間很大，很涼快，佈置也是相當戳中女孩子的小心臟🙈，我一整個愛住 來店裡之前老闆超級耐心的給我説了具體位置，熱情，好客真的不是説説而已👍👍👍，帶我自己喜歡的房間，一眼相中了這個粉嫩嫩的床圍床，咋就是説愛死啦 老闆超級細心的説著房間東西在哪，床褥都是新的，超級乾淨，床很大很大，怎麼著以我這樣的女孩子能睡都能睡五六個不成問題，真的很贊👏 還有哦，整個院子的衞生沒話説，乾淨的呀，晚上還有彩燈，很有氛圍，不得不讓我在這説半天啦 最後就是價格，真的很划算，房子大，床大，還帶獨立衞生間，能洗澡🛀，住了一次這家名宿，感覺自己以前住賓館，酒店都像冤大頭，有旅遊的小姐妹，小情侶完全值得入住，實惠，划算，又舒適”
