"The heritage house was very clean when we arrived and cleaned every day we were there. It’s a basic room with beds and a bathroom. Just what we needed right in the center of Hyannis. We were in walking distance to the fairy, museum, restaurants, Main Street, shops and coffee. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and back to our hotel to see the sun rise."

"We visited the Cape or a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary, and decided to stay in Hyannis because it was centrally located. The Sea Street Inn turned out to be a great choice! The rooms are simple but well equipt. Location is an easy walk to a beautiful beach in a quieter area. The thing that really made it special was the advice from the owner Adrian, who shared lots of fun ideas for our itinerary along with amazing restaurant recommendations. Big bonus - Adrian is a professionally trained chef who made Michellin star worthy breakfasts for us. We will definitely be back!"

"Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"I stayed here with my wife for 3 days the last week of June, it was fine, the rooms are clean, this hotel is connected to the Comfort Inn so if you need to find it, go to the Comfort Inn and the Heritage Inn is behind it. You don't get all the amenities of the Comfort Inn, such as breakfast in the morning or use of the pool, although the pool is hyper chlorinated so impossible to swim in anyway. I would call them and try to get a deal if you need to visit Hyannis."
