Shirabiso Kogen Amanogawa ★★★
"I had to drive on the mountain road to the hotel for about an hour, but the starry sky was really beautiful! I saw such a wide Milky Way for the first time!"
Silk Hotel Annex ★★★
"It's close to Iida Station, and check-in was very smooth using the automated reception machine provided. There's a bathtub in the room, but the large public bath is great for a more relaxing soak. Breakfast is served in the main building across the street, and the buffet menu is extensive. I personally liked the yakiniku lamb."
Super Hotel Nagano Iida Inter ★★★

Tono-OKA Onsen Yumoto Yu-Min
"It is close to Iida Interchange and faces Up Broad, and the parking lot is large. However, since they also offer a day spa, it is difficult to park on weekends. You can walk from Igarashi bus stop, but it is not recommended on rainy days. It is a 15-minute walk. When you enter the facility, you take off your shoes, put them in the locker, and take your key to the front desk to check in. Also, it is a hassle to leave your key every time you go out or use the large public bath, and there were only two front desk staff, so you have to wait quite a while. You are barefoot inside the building, so I really want slippers. I felt that women would be quite uncomfortable. There are two elevators and they are slow. The room is spacious, but there is no bath. The washroom is dark with no lighting. When using the refrigerator, you turn on the switch inside the refrigerator, but the instructions on the door say 3 to 4, but be careful because drinks will freeze if it is set to 4. The furniture and bed are old, but they are not damaged and are kept clean, which is good. There is one outlet near the bed, on the wall at the foot of the bed, and on the desk. It is convenient that there are two outlets and two USB Type-A outlets on the bedside. Free Wi-Fi is available. The room locks automatically. Breakfast is free, so it's not too bad, but it's a little pricey for the price. The large hot spring bath is complete with an indoor bath, sauna, jacuzzi, cold bath, and open-air bath. Lockers are stored on shelves without doors, but since they are also used by day-trippers, we don't recommend leaving valuables or wearing your own clothes. Please wear the hotel's indoor clothing. This hotel is rated as follows: Although the facilities are old, it can't be helped that it is difficult to take shoes in and out, the inconvenience of leaving and receiving room keys, and moving around the building barefoot, for which we give it 1 to 2 points. The large hot spring bath is 4 points. Overall, we gave it a slightly generous rating."

"The room was spacious and very clean, with a view of the Tenryu River. The bedding, which even included a hot water bottle, was very comfortable. They provided transportation to the nearest station, and I was able to eat in my room even though I was traveling alone, so I was grateful that I could eat without worrying about the people around me. There were few guests at the bath, so I had the large public bath almost all to myself. The large public bath was equipped with shampoo and conditioner, as well as hair treatment and all-in-one gel, so it was a very convenient experience. I was very satisfied with the delicious draft beer I ordered from room service after the hot spring. As other people have said in their reviews, the dinner was very delicious, but the portions were large (for me, although this may vary from person to person). There was a menu so I knew what would come next, but I couldn't tell the portions from the menu, so I started by eating a little of everything, but I didn't want to leave anything behind, so even though I had saved my lunch that day, I felt like I was challenging my limits at the end. I think I would have been able to enjoy the dinner more if they had offered a "small portion course." By the way, the photo is not of all the dishes that were served, but the first dish that was brought to me. I had breakfast alone in my room on the second floor. This was also luxurious, and I couldn't get around to having a second helping of rice. It was a shame that they only offered tea, not coffee. Also, it may vary depending on the room, but the internet in my room was really weak, and I had to give up on what I wanted to do on my computer. I wish they would check the internet environment in each room."

"A Ryokan is a place with a charming staff who speaks not very little English but with Google translates very good exchange. The hotel is a very comfortable room and the typically exelen Japanese breakfast and breakfast."
