„I only stayed 1 night in Sydney and arrived early morning, they won’t let you in till it’s check in time which is at 2pm and totally understand that. So I waited at the lobby seating area. However, other guests who arrived at 1pm managed to get in their room directly. They also called other guests who were early and waited with me but I only get to my room at 2.30pm. Otherwise, the hotel is great for layovers and if you have an early flight next day. Access to city is easy too as the train is just across the road.”

„The room comes with 2 double bed, great for family of 4 when have flight to catch the next day, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, just only the washing machine facilities not available during our stay, overall it worth a penny for the big city such as Sydney.”

„What I love about my stay here is that it’s just 10 minutes away by shuttle from t1 and walking distance from t2 and the mascot station of the metro. The rooms are lovely and service was good”

„Simple. Bed a bit sof and sunken. Bathroom is a module. Black mold found at the joints. Plasticky and slippery inside. Hair dryer on the floor of cupboard. Sound proofing not great.”

„Had to book last minute for layover due to flight cancellations. In v close proximity (10mins walk) to domestic airport, has many supper fastfood chains around when you land late at night too! Spacious room and worth the price!”

„Great friendly service the hotel rooms were classy and nicely furnished. The hotel staff made you feel like a star. I didn’t eat or drink there but the kitchen looked clean professional and they had many customers. Overall I think it was very reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality.”

„Quest Mascot hotel is the one I like to live here because the reception staffs were / are polite & helpful during the last years! Please convert my thanks to Quest Mascot, and I am happy to choose here again next time travel to Sdyney! By the way, not sure WHY the Quest’s WiFi did not work well during my accommodation since 3 Jan. 2026, could you please check with The Property? The issues are: 1. The green button brighten but it is not network connection; 2. The Google became white & black suddenly not coloured; 3. Australia ATO suddenly errors occurred & jumping screen out to warn; 4. Networks warned “privacy warning” many times; 5. As a Quest client, I should available to use hotel WiFi freely but unfortunately the WiFi jumped on & off almost every 5 minutes and most of time during last 3 weeks living here the WiFi in the room can not be accessed ! 6. The WiFi issues because always happened while Website & YouTube surfing for example Google or emails or WeChat, so you never know whether the issues will affect other resources or not ( yesterday last night Australia NAB banks APP suddenly showed ERROR warning) & Stamford Plaza Sdyney Mascot can not be found from OUTLOOK email without “sign-in” option and another email just be sent out before “found 0 contacts”! „One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay.”

„My friend and I flew from Perth and me from NZ to watch our friends show @ Hayes Theatre and stayed for 2 nights. We loved the location as it was close to the airport and the room was perfect and lovely. Great having a restaurant in the hotel made it so easy because after travelling I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Pity the weather was miserable but it didn’t stop us from going to see 3 attractions. I will definitely stay here again next time.”
