We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

Exceptional stay with stunning views and top-notch service! I had a wonderful experience staying at Jian Shan Xi Mei Su. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The service was outstanding—the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On top of that, the view from the property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Huashan area. It’s a perfect blend of great service and a peaceful atmosphere!

Niesamowite przeżycie! Personel hotelu był bardzo miły i pomocny (nawet pomimo bariery językowej). Otrzymałem instrukcje dotyczące wędrówki na górę Hua, zostałem odebrany z centrum turystycznego, a nawet odwieziony na stację, aby następnego dnia wsiąść do pociągu. Po wędrówce można było zjeść pyszne lokalne posiłki bezpośrednio w hotelu, co było również świetne, biorąc pod uwagę, że w okolicy nie ma zbyt wielu restauracji. Gorąco polecam ten hotel.

Truly excellent. We stayed here for a total of two nights during our visit to Mount Hua. The location is close to the base of the mountain, the food is delicious and affordable, the room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and clean, complete with two balconies, and the service was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were we greeted with chauffeur service and warm smiles. They even helped us move our luggage and drove us to and from the hotel to the Mount Hua Visitor Centre and to the train station again when we left, and delivered fresh local fruit to our room at the end of the day. All of the staff were integral in making this stay feel like home. After staying in various hotels across Canada, the United States, and China, we can say with full confidence that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Quiet and well equipped room with a very beautiful view. Not too hard matresses, we slept very well. Free laundry. Very nice owners family, service is wonderful. The daughter was learning English. I suggest she keeps doing so as this would be a massive competitive advantage. Great free shuttle service. Good food. The only remark I would make, as I already told them, is to build a door to separate the smokers quarters from the non-smoking bedrooms, as the smell is very annoying notably for foreign visitors. However, giving 10 as we would come back for sure!

Jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Po pierwsze, zawieźli nas z dworca kolejowego do hotelu za darmo. Po drugie, wyjaśnili nam wszystko, co musieliśmy wiedzieć, aby wybrać się na wędrówkę po górach Hua Shan i nawet dali nam rękawiczki, abyśmy mogli „wspinać się” po stromych odcinkach bez skaleczenia rąk. Po trzecie, pokoje są przestronne, czyste i mają zapierający dech w piersiach widok na góry. Po czwarte, przygotowali nam śniadanie o 6 rano, a następnie odwieźli nas do wejścia do parku. A tak przy okazji, jeśli chcesz dostać się na górę kolejką linową, hotel znajduje się zaledwie minutę pieszo od wejścia. Odwieźli nas również na dworzec kolejowy, gdy musieliśmy wyjść. Bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

Room is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).
