We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

Exceptional stay with stunning views and top-notch service! I had a wonderful experience staying at Jian Shan Xi Mei Su. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The service was outstanding—the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On top of that, the view from the property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Huashan area. It’s a perfect blend of great service and a peaceful atmosphere!

Truly excellent. We stayed here for a total of two nights during our visit to Mount Hua. The location is close to the base of the mountain, the food is delicious and affordable, the room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and clean, complete with two balconies, and the service was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were we greeted with chauffeur service and warm smiles. They even helped us move our luggage and drove us to and from the hotel to the Mount Hua Visitor Centre and to the train station again when we left, and delivered fresh local fruit to our room at the end of the day. All of the staff were integral in making this stay feel like home. After staying in various hotels across Canada, the United States, and China, we can say with full confidence that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Po pierwsze, zawieźli nas z dworca kolejowego do hotelu za darmo. Po drugie, wyjaśnili nam wszystko, co musieliśmy wiedzieć, aby wybrać się na wędrówkę po górach Hua Shan i nawet dali nam rękawiczki, abyśmy mogli „wspinać się” po stromych odcinkach bez skaleczenia rąk. Po trzecie, pokoje są przestronne, czyste i mają zapierający dech w piersiach widok na góry. Po czwarte, przygotowali nam śniadanie o 6 rano, a następnie odwieźli nas do wejścia do parku. A tak przy okazji, jeśli chcesz dostać się na górę kolejką linową, hotel znajduje się zaledwie minutę pieszo od wejścia. Odwieźli nas również na dworzec kolejowy, gdy musieliśmy wyjść. Bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!

Niesamowite przeżycie! Personel hotelu był bardzo miły i pomocny (nawet pomimo bariery językowej). Otrzymałem instrukcje dotyczące wędrówki na górę Hua, zostałem odebrany z centrum turystycznego, a nawet odwieziony na stację, aby następnego dnia wsiąść do pociągu. Po wędrówce można było zjeść pyszne lokalne posiłki bezpośrednio w hotelu, co było również świetne, biorąc pod uwagę, że w okolicy nie ma zbyt wielu restauracji. Gorąco polecam ten hotel.

Przyjechał sam. Byłem młodym patrolem, który mieszkał w każdym wycieczce, a także w wielu miejscach, w których mieszkałem najlepiej. Mieszkałam trzy dni, i raz widziałam, jak żółw o 12:00 i opowiadała pasażerom, że w górach chodzą, a rano żółw dał mi rękawiczki, a w brygadach trzy piętra, a w trzecim piętrze jest piłka. I zawołał mnie, abym przyniósł mi butelkę wody przed wyjściem. Naprawdę, sama podróżowałam, ale byłam w domu. Ale wniosę o małą propozycję, że łóżko młodych ludzi ma lekkie trzęsienie, że położymy szafkę na podłodze, bo wszyscy będą czuli się jak w domu.

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

We loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead. The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports. This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.
