„We booked. 2 rooms and we’re upgraded to suite, very big and comfortable room however the heater is a mobile type and too small, I it is not enough during the winter especially snowing outside. Breakfast very limited choice , only Chinese cuisine is available”

„It is a nice and clean hotel. The service pretty great, they show their hospitality. However, there is only thing need to improve is the elevator. There is only one elevator in used, and another on is out of order for some reason. We need to waiting there for like 10 min to get on the elevator.
Overall, it is nice and clean hotel. If you want go to CAKA for next day. It is a good option -they are only ten min drive from hotel to CAKA.”

„設施：這次青甘大環線自駕遊，住了好多酒店，這家是這幾天住過最爽的酒店了。首先，酒店很新，設施都非常好，品牌淋浴、箭牌温感馬桶（不冰屁屁）、床墊不軟、脊椎友好。其次，就是很乾凈很清爽，風景很好。最重要一點——有製氧機，海拔3100，有點兒高原反應，之前沒注意沒了解，但是有製氧機，真的讓我們一家體感舒服好多！高海拔訂酒店，一定要訂有製氧機的。
環境：環境賊拉好。就是270度大開間視野，可以看到草原、白雲，躺着坐着都是美景，就太值了有沒有？
服務：酒店前台的美女們服務很贊，提出有小童一定要無煙房，都有考慮到左右房間是否抽煙，安排了左右都是家庭親子游的房型，給個大拇指點贊。”

„第一次到茶卡鹽湖晚上住宿的時候對比好多 最終選的這家 一進酒店大廳給人的感覺就是乾淨清爽 我是自駕上去的酒店還有免費停車場跟充電樁這些 我這人比較在意兩個點 衞生跟服務 在大廳辦入住的時候看了一下發現他們角角落落都沒什麼衞生死角啥的 轉了一下大廳的裝飾架子 上面連灰塵都沒有 入住的時候我訂的榻榻米 前台幫我升級了套房 也會幫忙拉行李箱 住了沒一會兒酒店小姐姐敲門還送了小鹽雕 我有問題也是很耐心的解答 酒店房間是那種帶點古風式的 房間進去很暖和 衞生間都是很乾凈的 感覺上面就給人很舒服 反正這次入住體驗還是很好的 下次來還是會選擇這邊的”

VVSTHighly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and has a unique design. It has tatami mats, a projection, and a tea table. The two children sat at the tea table and drank tea.
It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area.
Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

房間乾濕分離，各不相擾真的好，客房圍繞中間一個大的會客廳，可以在這裏喝茶聊天，我還跟我哥哥下象棋了，上次下象棋還是小時候的時候😁
真心推薦還在選來茶卡住哪裡的夥伴們，哦對了，這邊夜空很美，老闆還讓他朋友帶我們去拍了星空照（因為他還在等正在路上的客人，衹好讓朋友帶了）

GGośćThe hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully;
Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

GGośćChoose this hotel due to their modern, simple style. Carefully read their description with “HEATING” but they did not clarify that Heating do not open all time. But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation.
They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light.
Maybe others experience was good, but not for me.

TTeo Sin DeeThe shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob,one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold.
Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage.
Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.

KKarina_kkThe shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
